CNN Medical Analyst Gleeful Over LA County Mask Mandate

Of course, she loves it, she’s from China.

The authoritarians who decried the loosening of mask mandates are on the march now that Los Angeles County has ordered its suffering residents to once again put on the face diapers while in indoor settings.

The largest county in the nation which is a Democrat stronghold cited a rise in COVID cases that have been attributed to the scary Delta variant as an excuse to reinstate the dehumanizing and tyrannical mask orders, possibly the first step toward another round of lockdowns.

Now that Joe Biden has been humiliated by the disobedience of tens of millions of Americans to roll up their sleeves and get “the jab” by July 4th, there is going to be hell to pay with areas under Dem control returning to a Cuban form of governance.

With Biden and his handlers having already established the false narrative that those who remain vaccine-hesitant are endangering the lives of others, the regime’s mouthpieces in the media will be ratcheting up the fear and loathing that could usher in a wave of repression unlike anything ever seen before in America.

On Friday, CNN medical analyst Dr. Leana Wen appeared on the show hosted by New York Governor’s brother where she exulted in L.A. County’s decision and blamed those who she claims violated the “honor system” for the wave of infections that the media has been building up since last month.

Cuomo set her up by suggesting that those who are unvaccinated are at fault for the coming wave this fall, a prognostication made by many which would seem to be an uncanny ability to predict the future.

Wen responded; “Well, I was hoping we could get through the summer. My prediction is that we would have a good summer and we’d see cases potentially surge again in the fall. It’s already gotten bad, and we’re only in the middle of July. I have to go back to what you and I talked about a while ago, Chris, which is that the CDC really made a big mistake here.” She said, “By saying that fully vaccinated people can take off their masks but not having any way to verify this and just saying we need to trust the honor system. People are not behaving honorably.”

She added; “The unvaccinated are basically saying well, it’s open season for me, I can do whatever I want as well. And as a result, we did not incentivize people to get vaccinated. It was exactly the opposite. These restrictions got removed, people are doing whatever they want to. And unfortunately, we are seeing surges as a result. Now it’s going to be really hard to put the genie back in the bottle, and that’s what I’m afraid of. These states they need indoor mask mandates now, and that’s not going to happen, so we’re going to get more preventable deaths.”

For the record, Wen threw a fit when states began relaxing restrictions.

Wen’s abhorrent and decidedly un-American views on freedom can likely be at least partially attributed to the fact that she is actually from communist China, a fact that should appear as a disclaimer every time that she opens her mouth to call for a Chinese-style solution to the persistent health crisis.

She also recently suggested that those who have exercised their right to make their own medical decisions should have their rights revoked and to make their lives a living hell, just like dissenters get treated back in the Chinese homeland.

With America now increasingly coming to resemble a human rights totalitarian country thanks to Biden and his fellow Democrats, the politically motivated persecution of the non-vaccinated, most of whom live in states won by former President Donald J. Trump will soon reach terrifying new levels, at least if Dr. Wen has anything to say about it.
