As Def-Con News has noted, liberals observe some pretty bizarre holidays like Indigenous People’s Day and National Trans Day. On Tuesday, Joe Biden celebrated the 9th anniversary of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. As is customary on this day, Biden performed the rituals of the Airing of Grievances and the Lying About His Record.
The White House released this video that is only remarkable in the fact that Joe didn’t mess it up very badly. Sure, he struggled with the word “frustrating” that he used a dozen times, but in Bidenland, that’s a win. I wonder how many takes was required for this one:
Joe blah-blah-blahed about gun control and whatnot but when he talked about the Sand Hook families, he got caught in his first lie:
“I got to know so many of you personally, I spoke to every one of your families and found hope in your strength as you turned pain into purpose,” said Biden.

Former Vice President Joe Biden’s claim in a recent campaign ad that he visited and met with every one of the families of the victims of the Sandy Hook shooting is false, the brother of a victim said Friday.
“Gun violence has been a concern of mine for a long, long, time,” Biden said in his latest video. “What really got to me though, really firsthand, was what happened up in Sandy Hook. I think I met with every one of the parents and/or of the families of those who are lost.”
Connecticut State Senate candidate JT Lewis, 19, took to Twitter to call out Biden, saying he never met with their family.
“This is a lie,” wrote Lewis, whose brother Jesse was 6 when he was killed in the mass shooting. “Obama came to Sandy Hook and met with every family. Joe Biden DID NOT. In fact, my family was not allowed on Air Force One because we refused to support Obama/Biden gun control efforts.”
Appearing on “Fox & Friends: First” with host Rob Schmitt, Lewis said President Obama was the one who put in hours talking with families.
“Joe Biden wasn’t there, and what he talks about in his videos is firsthand experience with families and first responders, and I wanted to clarify that it was actually President Obama who came there in the days after the shooting and met with us and helped us through that really tragic time,” said Lewis.
Biden’s second lie came with a race card:
“Every day, particularly in black and brown communities, there’s the equivalent of a mass shooting, we don’t even hear about,” said Biden.
It’s either a mass shooting or it’s not. This is something that is defined by the FBI a shooting with a single gunman in a continuous act in which 3 or more people are killed. Also, if we don’t even hear about them, how does Biden know they happened?
Biden told his third lie when he said he has taken “action” to “reduce gun violence” “from my earliest months as president.”
Gun-related crime is way way up and most major cities have set new records for murders, so he hasn’t taken any action to reduce violent crime in which a firearm is used.
And finally:
“I helped beat the NRA with your help twice, twice,” claimed Biden.
Weird sentence structure aside, this is bullshit. I know that Biden considers the Clinton-era assault weapons ban as a win over the NRA, but that’s debatable considering it went away ten years later. Even so, what’s the second Biden win over the NRA? There hasn’t been a single gun control law passed at the federal level since the 1994 Crime Bill. Biden hasn’t helped beat the NRA twice twice with anyone’s help.
The delusions are so strong in Joe Biden that even in a scripted White House production, his bullshit seeps in. Imagine if his handlers let him off the leash.
