OMG! Racism! Republican Senate Candidate Sugests Black People Responsible For Some Gun Violence

Once again, the truth is racist. A guy running for U.S. Senate in Arizona has suggested that some “gun violence” is committed by black people. Not only is that true, it’s an understatement but the liberal media is flipping their collective wig, saying he’s racist.

When you see this many headlines from the fake news industry about a guy you’ve never heard of before, you know something is up:

NBC: Trump-backed Senate candidate Blake Masters blames gun violence on Black people

MSNBC: Trump-backed Senate hopeful pushes racist line on gun violence

Newsweek: Trump-Backed Senate Candidate Blames Gun Violence on Black People

Rolling Stone: Trump-Endorsed Senate Candidate Blames Gun Violence on ‘Black People, Frankly’

WaPo: Blake Masters perfects the right’s approach to racial politics

Blake Masters is running for U.S. Senate in Arizona and has been endorsed by Donald Trump but that’s where the truth ends in these liberal media hit pieces. Have a listen to an old interview Masters did that has everyone on the left hyperventilating:

“We do have a gun violence problem in this country, and it’s gang violence. It’s gangs, it’s people in Chicago, in St. Louis, shooting each other. Very often, you know, Black people, frankly and the Democrats don’t want to do anything about that,” said Masters.

In order for that statement to be racist, it either has to be untrue or exaggerated. It is neither. Most shootings in this country are gang-related and take place in predominately black neighborhoods of cities run by democrats. What Masters said is a fact like “the sun rises in the East and sets in the West.”

Here’s some fun facts from The Alliance for Gun Responsibility:

Each day on average, 30 Black Americans are killed by guns and more than 110 experience non-fatal injuries.

Black Americans experience 10 times the gun homicides of white Americans.

Black Americans experience 18 times the gun assault injuries of white Americans.

68 percent of Black Americans or someone they care for has experienced gun violence.

And this from the CDC:

The rate of U.S. gun deaths surged 35% in 2020 to the highest point since 1994, with especially deadly levels for young Black men, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in a report published on Tuesday.

African Americans as a whole were at least four times more likely to be killed by a gun than the overall population, and 12 times more likely than a white person, the data showed.

We know that most crime doesn’t cross racial lines. Black people shoot other black people, Hispanics shoot other Hispanics, whites shoot other whites, etc… So if black people are this victimized by “gun violence” that means the shooters are also black. And that’s another way of saying that black people are “very often” responsible for gun violence, which is exactly what Masters said.

When the liberal media starts engaging in the “facts are racist” ploy, they’re getting into some Orwellian Ministry of Truth bullshit. Also, how can democrats do anything about gun violence when they can’t even accept the realities of it? If they can’t recognize where the problem is, it is impossible to fix.
