Joe Biden’s House Fire Lie Just Got A Lot More Fiery

Joe Biden loves to tell a lie about how his house almost burned down that has been debunked even by the liberal media. Like all of his lies, they become more elaborate over time. It started out with his wife Jill barely escaping with her life and now he’s added the busllshit detail that 2 firefighters almost died.

In 2004, there was a small kitchen fire at Biden’s Delaware home. It was contained entirely in the kitchen and firefighters were able to respond and put it out in 20 minutes. Nobody was injured nor was anyone’s life in danger.

Even The New York Times has checked into this:

In fact, news reports at the time called it little more than “a small fire that was contained to the kitchen” and quoted the local Delaware fire chief as saying “the fire was under control in 20 minutes.”

In November of last year when Biden was giving one of his “Bridges are Awesome!” speeches, he shared this lie about the event:

“It’s essential to Woodstock fire station located about a quarter a mile away. This bridges, as I said earlier, it’s a ten mile detour just to get to the other side and I know having had a house burn down with my wife in it. She got out safely, God willing. Having a significant portion of it burn, I could tell ten minutes makes a hell of a difference,” said Biden.

Then, last week when he was touring the damage from Hurricane Ian in Florida, he told the lie again to make himself seen relatable to victims of disaster:

“I know from experience, how much anxiety and fear and concern are ah the people. We didn’t lose our home, but lightning struck and we lost an awful lot of it about 15 years ago,” said Biden.

Then today, as Biden was hosting a virtual summit on fire prevention and control, Biden added some details to his bullshit story:

“Firefighters saved my life and the life of my family,” Biden started.

You know this is going to be good from the initial exaggeration and escalation of the lie.

“What happened was uh, I ya I ya was uh, I was doing Meet the Press and uh lightning struck little pond behind my house, came up through the ground into the air-conditioning system, ended up generating thick black smoke, literally, literally that athub proportions. And from the basement to the third floor, the attic, everything was ruined,” said Biden.

How did lightning travel from the pond, through the ground, and into the AC system? When they put in a lightning rod, they bury the line in the ground to dispel the electricity and yet here is lightning that travels through the ground in a focused manner.

If you think that’s hard to believe, check this out:

“Kitchen floor, we almost lost a couple firefighters they tell me, because the kitchen floor was bu bu they burning between beam in in the house in addition to almost collapsed into the basement,” Biden said.

That’s a pretty spectacular fire that everyone else, including the firefighters, described as a small kitchen fire that was out in 20 minutes. No, it didn’t take firefighters 20 minutes to douse the flames, that was how long it took them to come from the fire house and then put the fire out.

Joe Biden is a liar liar and his pants are on fire, but his house never was and it didn’t come close to burning down.
