Marjorie Taylor Greene Issues Warning To ‘Lazy’ GOP Trying To Blame Trump: “Shortsighted and Ridiculous”

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) put Republicans on notice.

President Trump has brought the GOP close to their goals of sweeping Congress these midterm elections. But the GOP are trying to blame him for their inability to achieve a Red Tsunami.

Greene said:

[R]unning out saying it’s his fault is a lazy, pathetic, wimpy, easy mindset.

This from slaynews.com.

Most expect the GOP to take the House but by a much smaller margin.

The Senate is very close and may come down to a runoff.

Greene said:

“[I]t is premature to cast blame…the GOP may still pull it out.”

Now, they’re trying to blame President Trump today. And I want to tell you how shortsighted and ridiculous that is, it is pathetic the people that are running out saying it’s his fault. No, that is a lazy, pathetic, wimpy, easy mindset.

They just want one thing and then they want to carry on without doing the hard work—the real changes in the Republican Party and the way we fight the fight.

She continued:

Here’s why it’s not Trump’s fault:

Trump has been being politically persecuted for the past few years now, ever since January 6th.

He went out and did 30 ‘Save America’ rallies all over the country, he endorsed something like 285 candidates.

He held over 50 fundraisers, helped raise over $350 million for all these public tax patients.

President Trump isn’t the problem.

President Trump is doing everything he can to help Republicans across the country and help Republicans win while he is being politically persecuted worse than any human being in our country’s history.

That’s the real truth.

People that want to blame Trump, they are lazy.

And that’s the problem.

We have to do the real work, fix our issues and our party to fix issues in our state elections and all over the country.

Please keep in mind Patriots, this is an Information War that President Trump has been fighting, and, yes, he has been striving to keep this war from going kinetic and physically destroying Our Nation.

Also please keep in mind that in any war the likelihood of winning every battle is next to impossible.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit earlier, President Trump backed 174 candidates who won their races Tuesday, with only 9 candidates losing. These are remarkable numbers. Particularly considering the 9 who lost likely will be proven to have had their elections stolen.

To gain a greater perspective on how well General President Trump is doing, remember that during America’s War for Independence from England, General Washington fought in 17 battles—he won just 6, lost 7 of them, and fought to a draw in 4 battles.

In war, not every battle can or must be won.

Final thoughts: Well said Congresswoman Greene. Republicans must “do the real work.” They must “fix” what needs to be fixed and not expect to ride President Trump’s coattails.

The GOP has been carried to each fight throughout the past two years. Now, by God, fight, damn it. And stop whining.

“Lazy, pathetic, wimpy, easy mindset” is damn right, MTG.
