Joe Biden likes to pretend he’s a military guy, despite the fact that he went to great length to avoid serving in the Vietnam War. Like everything else he pretends to be, it’s all bullshit and he actually hates the military as much as he hates everything else about this country. In the latest sign of disrespect, Joe wandered off in the middle of a Medal of Honor ceremony for a guy who actually fought in the Vietnam War.
Joe was awarding retired Army Capt. Larry Taylor, who risked life and limb to save U.S. soldiers during a 1968 battle, the Medal of Honor on Tuesday, when it suddenly occurred to him that it had nothing to do with his dead son Beau, so he left.
The NY Post reports:
President Biden was accused of being disrespectful after he quickly exited the East Room of the White House before the conclusion of a Medal of Honor ceremony honoring a Vietnam War veteran on Tuesday.
Biden, 80, abruptly left the ceremony after fastening the nation’s highest military decoration around the neck of retired Army Capt. Larry Taylor, 81, before the closing benediction was read by Chaplain Brig. Gen. William Green Jr.

As Fox News reports, Biden should have known better:
Video from previous Medal of Honor awards ceremonies in 2020 and 2021 showed that Biden remained on stage with previous medal recipients as the concluding prayer was said.
In official videos from both years, Biden only left after the event was dismissed and the White House band began playing.
There are two schools of thought on this: 1) Joe Biden’s mind is so completely gone, he has no idea what he’s doing, and 2) Joe is an asshole who resents brave people who actually served in the military.
I say it’s a little of both. He can have dementia and be a petty piece of shit at the same time.
This disrespectful event takes on a comedic tone because recent book says that White House staff treat Joe Biden like a toddler, which prompted this hilarious exchange between Fox’s Peter Doocy and press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre:

Seems like they should treat him like a baby and maybe he wouldn’t go wandering off in the middle of a Medal of Honor ceremony.
This is just the latest in a long line of Biden’s disrespect for the military. When the bodies of the 13 service members who were killed in Joe’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal were brought home, he was seen looking at his watch. Then, when he met with the Gold Star families, he made it all about his Army lawyer son, who did not die in combat.
Much like his racism and dementia, Joe keeps showing his disdain for the military and the liberal media refuses to acknowledge it.
