A Portland transgender activist faces a slew of charges for allegedly defecating and ransacking a teen girl’s car after claiming she was ‘transphobic.’
Vivian Shemansky, 44, allegedly flew into a frenzy after the 17-year-old, Jade, parked near her tent in a parking lot on August 27. After Shemansky allegedly first threw a stick at her, the teen returned to her car after just 10 minutes to find it covered in human waste with every window smashed.
The teen’s mother, Lisa Thomasson, told The Post Millenial that her daughter was ‘in tears’ when she discovered her destroyed car, which was written off due to the disgusting act as cops deemed it a ‘biohazard.’
Sergeant Kevin Allen with the Portland Police told DailyMail.com that Shemansky already had two warrants out for her arrest when she was taken into custody, but Thomasson claimed she was released the same day as she awaits a court date.
‘Her car was smashed at all four sides. Every piece of glass was shattered. There was human waste throughout the entire car,’ Thomasson wrote. ‘I still don’t have words to describe that feeling.’
Shemansky, born Eric Neil Bowen, was swiftly released from the jail on a ‘monitored pretrial release’ after being booked into the central precinct for only a few hours.
The hasty release also comes despite Shemansky having a lengthy rap sheet, including several prior convictions.
In September 2015, she was convicted of felony assault on a public safety officer, and in March 2019, she was convicted again of felony fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to a year in prison. It is unclear if this sentence was carried out or if she was granted an early release.
She also reportedly fell foul of the law while going as Eric Bowen, and in October 2012 she was allegedly arrested and charged with felony rioting before the case was dismissed by a judge.
Shemansky frequently rants about transphobia and has documented her transition on social media, including a post slamming doctors for not granting her a ‘fat graft’ as it wasn’t considered gender confirming surgery.

A Sri Lankan teenager had to have a wire surgically removed from his penis after a dangerous masturbating technique went wrong.
The 17-year-old – who has not been named – had developed a fetish for putting electrical wire down his urethra to intensify his orgasms.
But on one occasion, he accidentally shoved an eight-inch-long wire too far, and it became lodged inside his penis, causing him extreme pain when he peed.
He went to the hospital nine days after the pain in his abdomen became too intense. At that point, doctors had to surgically remove it. His tale was revealed in a medical case report.
The doctors at the hospital in Colombo, Sri Lanka discovered the unknown coiled mass in the patient’s abdomen via ultrasound scan.
They performed a quick procedure called a cystoscopy which involves inserting a tube with a light and a camera at the end into the urethra to see inside the bladder.
Once they got a more comprehensive view of the calcium salt-encrusted wire in the bladder, doctors were then able to surgically remove it.
A few days elapsed between the patient going to the hospital and finally admitting to his care team that he had engaged in the risky habit of inserting foreign objects into his body while masturbating.
I thought teenagers liked everything wireless these days.

Rocks resembling giant crab claw and penis found on Mars
Something fishy is happening on Mars – a giant crab claw, penis and shark fin have been spotted.
Or at least that is what rocks recently observed on the Red Planet have been compared to.
NASA’s Perseverance rover has also snapped pictures in the last few months of formations that have looked like a shark mouth, a giant egg and a male appendage.
The fascinating finds have been picked out by eagle-eyed science fans who get to choose an Image of the Week for the space agency.
NASA said of the latest photograph chosen: “This rocky duo was spotted hanging out together in a wind-swept area. I spy a…crab claw? Shark fin?”
The often amusing observations of Mars rocks are an example of pareidolia, where we see familiar objects or patterns in otherwise random or unrelated objects.
Mars has a dick and got crabs from banging Uranus.

Vaping Can Shrink Testicles And Lower Sperm Counts In Rats
This is probably not what you are aiming for if you happen to vape. Exposure to smoke from e-cigarettes seemed to have a “small” effect on the testicles of adult male Wistar rats in a study described by a publication in the journal Revista Internacional de Andrología. In this case, a small effect meant drops in testicle size.
And that wasn’t the only thing about the balls that dropped. The rats’ sperm counts also decreased. In the study, rats who weren’t exposed to any type of nicotine had an average sperm count of 98.5 million per milliliter whereas those that had gotten their fill of e-cigarette smoke had a lower average of 95.1 million sperm per milliliter.
That’s not all. Some of the rats who were exposed to either cigarette or e-cigarette smoke had what was described by the study authors as “disorganized seminiferous tubules.” Seminiferous tubules are the tube-shaped structures in the testicles that produce sperm. And having these things be disorganized is not exactly a “tubular” experience because it may negatively affect sperm production and quality.

Katana Paris, 27, who is serving a three-year prison sentence in a men’s jail for attacking a nurse, admitted groping the genitals of both a male and female prison officer while behind bars last year.
The female officer was taking breakfast to Paris’ cell with the help of two other prisoners when Paris walked towards her and assaulted her.
The next day Paris grabbed the genitals of a male prisoner when he was serving lunch.
Paris admitted two counts of sexual assault at Manchester Crown Court and was given another six months on top of the original sentence.
Describing the events that led to Paris’ first assault, prosecutor Megan Edwards said that the female prison officer “approached the defendant’s cell and unlocked the door in order to serve her breakfast.
“[Paris] stepped out of the cell, which was unusual, as prisoners would normally remain in their cell,” she added.
Ms Edwards said that the officer “asked the defendant to move back, but the request was ignored. The defendant then placed a hand on her hand, before sliding her fingers between her knuckles.”
The officer stepped back before Paris “jumped up and down”, seemingly excited. Paris then touched the officer’s genitals.
Ms Edwards added that the officer did not say anything, but was left “shocked and in disbelief”.
One of the prisoners helping the officer asked: “Did she just touch your…” The officer replied: “Yes, she just touched me.”
The officer continued to serve breakfast before reporting the incident later.
The next day, Paris attacked a male officer when he was serving lunch, leaving the officer feeling “violated”.

Richmond woman faked heart attack, hid drugs in privates
A Richmond woman attempted to prevent police officers from searching her for drugs by faking a heart attack, court documents reveal. The effort ended up being in vain as jail staff later found an “avocado-size” sandwich bag concealed in her privates that contained meth, fentanyl and crack cocaine.
Amanda Smith, 41, was arrested on Monday and charged with dealing methamphetamine, a Level 2 felony; dealing in a narcotic drug, a Level 2 felony; dealing in cocaine, a Level 3 felony, and dealing in a controlled substance, a Level 6 felony.
This is the second time this summer Smith has been charged with multiple felony counts. In early July, police accused Smith of luring a woman to a Richmond home under the guise of selling her a ring. Instead, Smith allegedly assaulted the woman, punching her in the face multiple times before stealing her wallet and phone.
Smith was arrested for the alleged assault and charged with robbery resulting in bodily injury, a Level 3 felony, and criminal confinement, a Level 3 felony. She did not stay in jail long, however, posting two separate cash bonds in July in order to be released from Wayne County Jail — a move that would be repeated with her most recent charges.
Smith’s latest encounter with law enforcement occurred on Monday after a Wayne County Sheriff’s deputy noted Smith interacting with known drug users at a Philipp 66 gas station in Richmond. Being familiar with Smith, the deputy followed the woman’s vehicle and initiated a traffic stop after Smith failed to use a turn signal and drove down the center of the road.
According to the deputy’s report, Smith would end up faking a heart attack after a K9 alerted police to the presence of drugs. Smith reportedly began yelling and screaming that she was having a heart attack but refused to let Richmond EMS hook her to monitors or give her a medical evaluation.
After being taken to the hospital, Smith refused to change out of her clothes and insisted on using the bathroom. Police believed Smith was concealing drugs and were aware that she was likely trying to prevent herself from being searched while trying to find ways to dispose of the hidden drugs.
Smith eventually agreed to change in the presence of nurses and admitted to having fentanyl hidden in her underwear. While changing, however, nurses spotted what appeared to be a plastic sandwich bag concealed within her privates, documents detail.
According to the court documents, Smith continued to deny there was anything hidden inside her even after the jail performed a body scan that showed an “abnormality in her pelvic area.”
Eventually, Smith admitted to concealing drugs inside her privates and removed an “avocado-size plastic sandwich bag” from inside her, according to the documents.

Couple allegedly kidnapped 18-year-old, forced her to eat cat feces
An Australian couple have been denied bail over an alleged kidnapping, during which they are accused of torturing their 18-year-old victim and forcing her to eat cat feces.
Mataja Pagett, 18, from western Sydney, and Jayden Williamson, 21, from Wollongong, are facing charges of taking and detaining a victim with intent, assault causing actual bodily harm in company, and stalking intimidation in connection with an alleged kidnapping incident.
A third co-accused, Christopher Diliapis, a 19-year-old from Dapto, has also been charged but was granted bail.
The alleged incident occurred on August 30, during which Pagett, Williamson, and Diliapis allegedly detained the victim at a unit in North Wollongong between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
The victim was allegedly forced to eat cat feces as part of the ordeal.
The victim was known to at least one of the alleged kidnappers and was initially approached and physically assaulted at Dapto train station before being taken to a nearby property where she was tied up, assaulted, and kept prisoner.
The victim later made a statement at the hospital, claiming she had been forcibly tied up at a residence, and that the alleged offenses seemed to be premeditated.
What a master criminal plot that was.

Passengers onboard diarrhea plane share ordeal: ‘It was dribbled down the aisle, smelled horrible’
Grossed-out passengers have detailed the ordeal of being stuck on a Delta flight that was forced to turn back after someone could not contain their explosive diarrhea — which left crew ripping out the carpet to contain the “biohazard.”
“It was an experience that I hope no one has to go through,” Marie Beals-Basinger told the Daily Mail of the flight that was diverted back to Atlanta on Friday, just two hours into its eight-hour trek to Barcelona, Spain.
“I hope the poor woman that had this experience recovers,” she said of the sickened passenger.
The pilot of Flight DL194 had warned air traffic control there was “a biohazard issue” with “a passenger who’s had diarrhea all the way through the airplane.”
“The flight was met by emergency vehicles and EMTs carried the sick passenger off the plane,” Dee W added. “After the plane landed, it was thoroughly cleaned. They didn’t leave until around 2:30 a.m.”
In a statement, a spokesperson for the airline said: “Our teams worked as quickly and safely as possible to thoroughly clean the airplane and get our customers to their final destination.
“We sincerely apologize to our customers for the delay and inconvenience to their travel plans.”

WTF? of the Week
A Canadian judge has cited race as a factor in sentencing a black dad to house arrest for incestuously impregnating his intellectually disabled adult daughter, instead of handing down the prison time sought by prosecutors.
Halifax provincial court Judge Ann Marie Simmons handed down the sentence in June 2022, which came to light in a recent Nova Scotia appeals court ruling published in late August.
The 59-year-old father, identified in court documents only as R.B.W., pleaded guilty to having sexual intercourse with his biological daughter between September 2018 and June 2019. Both he and the daughter are intellectually disabled.
The case only came to light in the summer of 2019, when the then 23-year-old daughter gave birth to a baby with serious medical issues and developmental delays, and concerns from a medical geneticist led to police involvement, according to court filings. The child is now in foster care.
At sentencing, Simmons handed down the house arrest, also known as a conditional sentencing order, but Crown prosecutors appealed, arguing the sentence was too lenient and not legally available for the crime of incest.
At sentencing, Prosecutors had argued for a prison term of four to six years, based on sentences that had been handed out in similar situations.
However, the sentencing judge determined that those precedents were merely guidelines, and noted that R.B.W. was remorseful and unlikely to reoffend.
Simmons also described the father and daughter’s participation in the incest as ‘equal,’ noting that she was not a minor, and that the case did not appear to involve grooming, threats, or force.
But in a column for the National Post following the recent appeal ruling, Jamie Sarkonak observed that race played a role in Simmons’ decision, and that the judge ‘also noted that the offenders, in previous cases, were not African Nova Scotians.’
‘When deciding whether offenders of such heritage should serve house arrest or jail, the court wrote that ‘a more nuanced approach’ was required. In short, a racial discount was to be applied,’ added Sarkonak.
The sentencing judge relied in part on a relatively new feature of the Canadian legal system, known as Impact of Race and Culture Assessments (IRCAs), which are pre-sentencing reports that tell judges of the systemic racism and other disadvantages faced by offenders who are black or other racial minorities.
‘The moral culpability of an African Nova Scotian offender has to be assessed in the context of historic factors and systemic racism, as was done in this case,’ wrote the sentencing judge, in a ruling upheld by the majority of the appeals court.
