Above the Law: The Regime Sent Men with Guns to Political Opponent’s House, Then Turned House Upside Down

A major bombshell in the Trump documents case. The FBI authorized the use of deadly force during the Mar-a-Lago raid.

This according to documents filed by Trump’s legal team.

Agents in unmarked polo shirts planned to bring standard-issue weapons, ammo, handcuffs, medium and large-size bolt cutters, and even lock-picking equipment as they prepared to go door-to-door at Mar-a-Lago.

Agents ransacked Melania Trump’s bedroom along with Barron Trump’s bedroom. The FBI also took extensive photographs of Melania and Barron’s rooms for no apparent reason.

Think about this for a moment:

The Regime sent men with guns to a political opponent’s house and turned their bedrooms upside down. That’s never happened in the history of the United States. And we’ve had some crazy presidents.

Trump reacted:

Wow. I just came out of the Biden witch hunt trial in Manhattan, the ice box, and was shown reports that Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ and their illegal and unconstitutional raid of Mar-a-Lago authorized the FBI to use deadly, lethal force. Now, we know for sure that Joe Biden is a serious threat to democracy. He is mentally unfit to hold office—25th amendment.

Trump’s lawyers claim the president’s constitutional rights were violated.

It was an illegal search and seizure. The FBI misled the judge to obtain the warrant, and the raid was executed in an egregious fashion and in bad faith.

Nor was there any apparent basis for the FBI to bring firearms into Mar-a-Lago.

Unless, as House Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene has claimed, the Department of Justice and FBI “were planning to assassinate Pres [President] Trump” during the August 2022 raid on Mar-a-Lago that recovered boxes full of classified documents that were being held by the president.

This presumption follows Trump’s claim on his Truth Social website that:

[The DOJ] AUTHORIZED THE FBI

TO USE DEADLY (LETHAL) FORCE.

A court filling was unsealed on Tuesday showing briefing notes for the August 2022 Mar-a-Lago raid, which stated:

Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary.

Greene shared a screenshot of Trump’s post on her X account adding:

The Biden DOJ and FBI were planning to assassinate Pres Trump and gave the green light.

Does everyone get it yet???!!!! What are Republicans going to do about it? I tried to oust our Speaker who funded Biden’s DOJ AND FBI, but Democrats stopped it.

The colluding Washington Post provided a statement noting the FBI insisted the reference to “use of deadly force” is standard practice in all their search operations.

Newsweek contacted the FBI, Washington D.C. office of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, and President Trump for comment on Wednesday outside of usual office hours.

The FBI’s statement was supported by Frank Figliuzzi, formerly the agency’s assistant director for counterintelligence, in an X post. He wrote:

Yep, every FBI operations order contains a reminder of FBI deadly force policy. Even for a search warrant. Deadly force is always authorized if the required threat presents itself.

A similar point was made by former U.S. attorney Joyce Vance who wrote:

This ‘controversy’ about Garland ‘authorizing’ deadly force when the judicially authorized search warrant at Mar-a-Lago was executed is a lot of sounding off over something that’s a standard practice, controlled by long-standing policy. A little dose of facts goes a long way here.

Final thoughts: Another “dose of facts” for good measure consists of a crime syndicate masquerading as a U.S. political party. A crime syndicate that has put itself above the law, has been striving to destroy our nation’s Constitution and to transform our Constitutional Republic into a single party tyrannical rule. The evidence of all of these accusations abounds and I am confident We the People and our beloved country are fortunate President Trump was not at Mar-a-Lago at the time of the raid.
