Kavanaugh Accuser’s Ex-Boyfriend Tried To Get Restraining Order Against Her

The 3 women accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct have unprovable, fact and witness-free stories that suffer from credibility and conflict of interest problems, but nobody is more full of crap than Julie Swetnick. She has claimed that she attended parties with Kavanaugh in the early 1980’s where he drugged women so they could be gang raped. She says she knew about this but went to the parties anyways and then herself was a victim of drugging and gang rape. Despite being gang raped, she continued to attend parties with Kavanugh. As it turns out Swetnick may be kind of a lying psycho as her ex-boyfreind tried to get a restraining order against her.

Richard Vinneccy dated Julie Swetnick for 4 years but things didn’t quite work out. After they broke up Swetnick harassed and threatened Vinneccy and in 2001 he filed for a restraining order in Miami-Dade County.

Politico reports:

According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.

“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said.

As for the allegations Swetnick has made against Kavanugh, Vinneccy has some inside knowledge on that:

“I know a lot about her. She’s not credible at all. Not at all,” said Vinneccy. “I have a lot of facts, evidence, that what she’s saying is not true at all.”

Vinneccy says he needs to talk to his attorney before divulging these facts and evidence that will dispute Swetnick’s claims, but let’s get real, her allegations are already so unbelievable that her story needs no further fact-checking or debunking.

Now here’s the best part:

Vinneccy, 63, is a registered Democrat, according to Miami-Dade County voting records.

Hey what do you know? This guy is a democrat just like all of the Kavanaugh accusers. It’s not like he’s some radical right-winger out to smear someone for political reasons; he’s just a guy who knows what a lying sack of crap his ex-girlfiend is.

And speaking of the radical right…

Swetnick is represented by “Creepy Porn Lawyer” Michael Avenatti, who told Politico he didn’t know anything about the restraining order thing. He did go on CNN and made this claim to Alisyn Camerota:

“You know, it’s not unusual to have an ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend say bad things about you, Alisyn. That’s the best the far right can drum up is some ex-boyfriend who claims she’s not credible. That’s not what this is about,” said Avenatti.

Yeah, those “far right” clowns at Politico are also way drumming up stuff to discredit the left. Oh wait, it turns out Politico is an extremely liberal news source, plus, as I mentioned, Swetnick’s ex-boyfriend is a registered democrat. This is Avenatti’s Hillary Clinton moment of blaming allegations from liberals on a “vast right wing conspiracy.”

So does this restraining order business mean that Julie Swetnick is lying? Of course not, it simply shows what kind of person she is. The fact that her story makes no sense, has zero verifiable facts, and no witnesses is all the reason we need to doubt her.
