Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders is an Independent, but he caucuses with the democrats, ran for president as a democrat, and the democrats consider him the face of their party (which is sad), so he’s a democrat (and a commie). Like any good liberal, Sanders pretends like the racist history of the Democratic Party doesn’t exist. He recently called Donald Trump the most racist president in US history, which is true if you don’t count all of those slave-owning segregationist genocidal democrats who have occupied the office.
Sanders was campaigning in Maryland for democrat Ben Jealous when he rolled out his selective memory on US history:
“There are candidates working hour after hour to make sure that we end one party control of the United States government. They are working to make certain that the agenda of the most racist, sexist, homophobic, bigoted president in history will go nowhere because Democrats will control the House and the Senate,” said Sanders.
Liberals have developed this false narrative that Donald Trump is racist based largely because he said some illegal immigrants from Mexico are drug dealers and rapists, which they absolutely are. More of Trump’s “racism” is that he wants to enforce our nation’s immigration laws and protect us from terrorists. What a dick, right?
So Donald Trump is the most racist President in history? Sanders doesn’t actually say the most racist “US” president, so we could bring up some other countries’ leaders, but the democrats had enough racists that we don’t have to drag Hitler and Stalin into this thing.
Bill Clinton essentially owned African American slaves when he was governor of Arkansas and he’s married to Hillary Clinton who was mentored by former KKK recruiter Robert Byrd. Yes, the Clintons are democrats. Amazingly enough, Bill Clinton’s racism is one of the least appalling things about him.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt not only refused to accept Jewish refugees fleeing Hitler’s Holocaust, he put all Japanese Americans in internment camps during WWII. I guess maybe liberals think this was okay because technically FDR was keeping families together, but to me it seems a tad bit racist. FDR was a democrat.
Woodrow Wilson re-segregated the federal government and had a keg party at the White House to screen “Birth of a Nation” a racist film about the formation of the KKK. Wilson was both a democrat and a KKK supporter.
Andrew Johnson was the president after Abraham Lincoln, who freed the salves, and he was very sympathetic to the Confederacy. He stole property and rights from the freed slaves and allowed the South to segregate, which continued until the 1960’s when Republicans put an end to it. Lincoln was a Republican, but Johnson was democrat.
James Monroe said that that both the Native American population and the African slaves were barbarians who must be exterminated and he tried to put this into policy. He was democrat.
Andrew Jackson, a slave owner, passed a law that forbid anyone from badmouthing slavery, plus he killed the shit out of Native Americans in the “Trail of Tears.” He was democrat.
And let’s not forget that democrats Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Martin Van Buren, and James K. Polk all owned slaves. Plus Barack Obama had that passive aggressive “hate whitey” thing going. Not only is Donald Trump not the most racist president ever, he’s not even the most racist president of this decade.
While we are on the subject of Bernie Sanders being full of shit, he also called Trump the most sexist president ever. Sanders has actually written that young pre-pubescent girls should have sex, that orgasms cure cancer in women, and that women fantasize about being raped. All Trump did was brag that women throw themselves at rich and famous people, which again is 100% true.
