Since the day he was elected, liberals have engaged in a fantasy of undoing the will of the American people and removing Donald Trump from office. They had dreams of recounts, Electoral College revolts, and 25th Amendment coups. The “money shot” of those liberal wet dreams was to somehow make so Hillary Clinton could be president, but she has fallen out of favor with the lunatic left, so it’s California Rep. Nancy Pelosi who they claim will soon take Trump’s place. This latest bit of liberal delusion is being led by Howard Dean, the democrats’ craziest kook, so you just know it’s legit.
This is fairly convoluted, but what liberal insanity isn’t? It starts out with an article in New York magazine by Jonathan Chait about how Bernie Bros are going to war with Beta (male) O’Dork’s fanboys.

Former DNC head and noted yeller Howard Dean saw some racism in this article, because as I mentioned, he’s f*cking nuts.

It’s already pretty crazy for Dean to suggest that in-fighting among democrats will “marginalize” the people of color running for the party’s nomination in 2020, but another liberal kook took it up to 11.
Anti-Trump author Lawrence Dudley doesn’t think the democrats will eat their own and ruin it for black candidates Kamala Harris and Cory Booker, but he does see something else as being likely to happen:

I’m not sure if Lawrence thinks there’s a connection between the Bernie Bro/O’Dork war and Nancy Pelosi becoming the next president or if that was just the mutha of all non-sequiturs. I guess the most important point is that he thinks chances are better than not that President Trump and VP Mike Pence get ousted soon and Pelosi installed in the White House.

Yes, the line of succession says that if the President and the Vice President were removed from office, the Speaker of the House would become President, but there’s so many “ifs” in Dean’s fantasy that this isn’t something remotely likely to happen with Trump, Pence, and Pelosi.
President Trump isn’t accused of committing any crimes. Robert Mueller is supposedly investigation him for colluded with the Russians, but in reality he’s trying to build a campaign finance violation case against the President. This is not an indictable crime or an impeachable offense. Even if Mueller can prove Trump violated campaign finance rules, that’s a fine not an impeachment.
Mike Pence isn’t under investigation nor has anyone accused him of anything other than being a good Christian. In the unlikely event that Trump were to leave office for any reason, Pence is clean as a whistle and would serve out the remainder of the term as President.
Here’s a more likely scenario that Dean and the democrats probably don’t want to think about: Due to severe irregularities and suspicious vote tallies in the midterm elections, an investigation is launched and massive voter fraud exposed. The results of dozens of House races are tossed and new elections are ordered giving control back to the Republicans. Nancy Pelosi is stripped of her Speakership and Congress can get back to making American great again.
The Pelosi as president fantasy is just the latest in a long line of sour grapes wishfulness on the left. They can’t accept that the American people picked Donald Trump over rotten Hillary Clinton. Hell, they still feel like Al Gore deserves a term in the White House from 2000. Face it, Hillary and Al suck and Pelosi is worse than the two of them combined. She’s never going to be president either and she’ll be lucky if she hangs on to the Speaker’s gavel for two years.
