All we hear from the democrats is how Donald Trump is destroying our democracy with his unconstitutional actions. We never hear what these actions are, because democrats are full of crap and just to prove that they are trying to take the President’s Constitutional authority away. Brandname democrats introduced a pair of bills that would take the authority to launch a nuclear strike away from the Commander in Chief. For some reason when democrats violate the separation of powers it doesn’t destroy democracy.
The first of these two ridiculous bills comes from recently-outed pale-face Elizabeth Warren and would limit the Presidents power to launch a nuclear strike. The Hill reports:
A pair of top Democrats in the House and Senate on Wednesday reintroduced a bill to make it U.S. policy not to use nuclear weapons first.
The bill was introduced by Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), a Senate Armed Services Committee member who is running for president in 2020, and House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith (D-Wash.).
“Our current nuclear strategy is not just outdated—it is dangerous. By making clear that deterrence is the sole purpose of our arsenal, this bill would reduce the chances of a nuclear miscalculation and help us maintain our moral and diplomatic leadership in the world,” said Warren and Smith in a statement.
Now wait for it…
The bill, titled the No First Use Act, simply says, “It is the policy of the United States to not use nuclear weapons first.”
So we would have to wait for another country to nuke us first before we could launch our nuclear weapons? How in the f*ck does that make us safer? Here’s a widely known fact that theses democrats obviously never heard of: our nuclear-capable adversaries have plans to take out our nuclear facilities with a first strike. If we have to wait until we get nuked before launching a retaliation, we won’t have any nuclear weapons left. This bill not on only invites our enemies to attack us, it guarantees our annihilation.

A Wednesday press release from Smith’s office argued the bill would improve U.S. national security by reducing the risk of a miscalculation, clarifying U.S. policy and preserving the ability to conduct a nuclear strike after a nuclear attack on the United States or its allies.
Why is this clown the chairman of the House Armed Services Committee? He’s literally trying to get our country wiped off the map.
A second bill was introduced by dumbest guy in Congress, Ted Lieu:
Today, Congressman Ted W. Lieu (D-Los Angeles County) and Senator Ed Markey (D-Mass.) announced the reintroduction of legislation to prevent the president from launching a nuclear first strike without congressional approval.
“Trump’s brand is to be unpredictable and rash, which is exactly what you don’t want the person who possesses the nuclear football to be,” said Lieu. “As we’re now coming to realize, we could be one tweet that insults the president away from catastrophe.”
“No American President, and certainly not Donald Trump, should have the power to launch a first use nuclear first strike absent such an attack without explicit Congressional approval,” said Markey.
Congress can’t even pass a simple budget with months to negotiate but we’re going to put the power to launch a nuclear strike in their hands as the missiles are headed our way? No thanks. Also, democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell wants to use nukes on Americans to disarm them, so we probably shouldn’t put this power in their hands.
What these two bills do is take the authority of Commander in Chief away from the President and give it to the Congress in clear violation of the Constitutional separation of powers. It’s a power grab that would have democrats freaking out if Trump tried something similar. This is like if the President signed an executive order banning Congress from passing laws, bestowing that power upon himself.
And let’s remember, these same democrats, Warren and Lieu especially, rarely go a day without accusing Trump of violating the Constitution and destroying democracy.
