Make The Bad Orange Man Stop! Trump Mocks Dems Over AOC’s New Green Deal

President Trump joined the pile-on over the ridiculous proposals of the Democrats’ socialist master plan to consolidate their power, an effort being spearheaded by taco bar revolutionary Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The much-heralded Green New Deal that will serve as the focus of the Democrats’ campaign to retake the White House using fearmongering and promises of free stuff to their slothful and woefully ignorant base had a bumpy rollout on Thursday thanks to a monumental strategic blunder on behalf of Team AOC.

The socialist firebrand’s website posted a now infamous FAQ that was pounced on by conservatives who ridiculed the simplistic utopianism, the suggestion that eliminating air travel in favor of high-speed rail was part of the solution and that taxpayers would be forced to subsidize the lives of those who are too damn lazy “unwilling” to work.

Then there was the part about the cow farts:

When you are already fighting an uphill battle it isn’t advisable to commit an unforced error of that magnitude and even AOC’s crackerjack political staff realized it and quickly scrubbed the document from the website – after it had already been distributed to multiple media organizations.

It was the freshman phenom herself who then tried to blame it all on a vast “right-wing” conspiracy but not to worry, the original had already been archived.

Sensing an opportunity to further define his political foes as a bunch of crackpots. the POTUS quickly pounced.

“I think it is very important for the Democrats to press forward with their Green New Deal,” Trump tweeted Saturday evening. “It would be great for the so-called ‘Carbon Footprint’ to permanently eliminate all Planes, Cars, Cows, Oil, Gas & the Military – even if no other country would do the same. Brilliant!”

Ocasio-Cortez released her highly-anticipated Green New Deal resolution Thursday. Massachusetts Senator Ed Markey released a companion bill in the Senate, and both versions were sponsored by Democratic lawmakers eyeing a 2020 presidential bid.

Trump’s tweet suggests he too thinks it will help Republicans in the next election cycle.

Republicans also caught a break because Ocasio-Cortez’s office botched the Green New Deal’s roll out. An “FAQ” document that Ocasio-Cortez’s staff distributed to the media along with the resolution contained numerous gaffes, including anti-nuclear language, a reference to “farty cows” and calls for “economic security” for people “unwilling to work.”

Eventually, Ocasio-Cortez’s staff took the FAQ off her webpage. Green New Dealers then went into damage control mode, even claiming the FAQ was “doctored” by conservatives on social media.

Ocasio-Cortez’s chief of staff Saikat Chakrabarti made the claim, but also admitted an “unfinished” FAQ “got published to the website by mistake.” Though, he did not explain why NPR was also given a gaffe-riddled FAQ.

The botched rollout only serves as a force-multiplier for Trump who vowed that America would “NEVER” become a socialist country during his soaring State Of The Union speech:

The rush by nearly all of the 2020 Democrats to embrace AOC’s loony fantasies (cow farts and all) is going to be a boon for Trump who will bludgeon them over their socialism from now until next November which could set up an electoral earthquake similar to when Ronald Reagan mauled Mondale and Richard M. Nixon pulverized McGovern.

It was yet another amateurish blunder from the shoot-from-the-hip taco bar revolutionary who has taken the nation by storm but this time, she shot her own troops.
