Eric Swalwell Wants To Nuke The Constitution And It Has Nothing To Do With Gun Control

Democrat Eric Swalwell is running for president on a heavy gun control platform in which we would like to ban and confiscate weapons while jailing/nuking those who resist. He certainly has issues with the 2nd Amendment but his dissatisfaction with the Constitution extends beyond that. In one of the dumbest statements ever, Swalwell wants to change the Constitution to include more uses of the word “woman.” Generally speaking, there has to be a really good reason to change our founding document and pandering to feminists is not one of them.

Check out this tweet that Swalwell sent out:

Do you know how many times “man” is mentioned in the Constitution? Zero. The Constitution tends to use language like “the people” and doesn’t get all gendered about things. If Swalwell is demanding that women get equal representation in the Constitution, they already have it. That is unless Swalwell is suggesting that women are not people, in which case his 0% support numbers are going to move into negative territory. Feminists aren’t likely to take having their peoplehoods rescinded lightly.

And actually, while “men” is not mentioned in the Constitution at all, “women” do get a shoutout in the 19th Amendment (The Women’s Suffrage Amendment) so apparently women are over represented in the Constitution. If Swalwell is truly looking for equal representation in the Constitution, then he must be in favor getting rid of women’s right to vote. Again, I don’t feel like this is going to win him any support from the feminist movement.

Between his gun confiscation scheme and this lack of female representation nonsense it’s clear Swalwell has never read the Constitution nor does he understand it. That’s weird considering, as a US Rep., that he took an oath to defend and uphold the Constitution, but he is a democrat. For his and his party’s benefit, I’ve compile a list of other thing that are not mentioned in the Constitution:

Gun control
Open borders
Amnesty
Free health care
Free college
Socialism
Welfare
IRS
EPA
FCC
HUD
Direct democracy
Popular vote
Income equality
Guaranteed income
Redistribution of wealth
The 1%
The 99%
Reparations
Affirmative action
Transgender
More than 2 genders
Infanticide
Free abortions
Planned Parenthood
Global warming
Carbon footprint
Cap and trade

As you can see everything the democrats stand for is not represented in the Constitution. That’s another way of saying that everything the democrats stand for is unconstitutional. No seriously, there isn’t one platform or proposal from the democrats that is allowable by the Constitution and most of their bullshit is specifically forbidden.

The Constitution does however mention limited federal government authority, as well as freedom for every American, including people of all races, creeds, and genders. This wonderful document even protects Eric Swalwell’s right to say dumb things and to be a dumb person. He should read it sometime as it certainly benefits his intellectually-challenged existence.
