Welp, the memo went out and democrats have been instructed to inform everyone that America was never great. The latest to join in this anti-American chorus is gay South Bend mayor Pete Buttigieg who is running for president. You see, Trump’s slogan is “Make America Great Again” and they have to oppose him at every turn. They could counter MAGA by saying America has always been great, but the don’t like this country so they’re going with an “America sucks” kind of thing.
Here’s some video of Mayor Pete putting his spin on the democratic party’s disdain for our country:

“The solutions I believe will come from our communities. Communities like the one where I grew up, which is an industrial Midwestern city. That is exactly the kind of place where our current President targeted with a message, saying that we could find greatness by just stopping the clock and turning it back,” said Buttigieg.
Do you have to stop the clock first before turning it back? This seems like an unnecessary step, but democrats tend to do things in the least efficient way possible.
“Making America great again, when that past he is promising to return us to was never as great as advertised,” said Buttigieg.
Then Mayor Pete added that the America was never great, “especially for marginalized Americans.”
Oh I get it. Buttigieg is gay and since America wasn’t accepting of homosexuality the country sucks more balls than he does. All of the accomplishments America achieved in becoming the greatest country this world has ever known are meaningless to Buttigieg, because it hasn’t always been an LGBT-friendly place.
I wonder what country Buttigieg thinks has been historically an awesome place to be openly gay. Fruitopia isn’t a real place, it’s a refreshing drink.
Now Buttigieg isn’t the first democrat to say America is and has always been a shithole. Former AG Eric Holder has said on many occasion that America has never been great:
“Perhaps [Republicans] are too busy trying to make America great again. Every time I hear that phrase I wonder when exactly do they have in mind? What time period do they want to wind the clock back to? What century? What decade? What year? Certainly it was not when people were enslaved. Certainly, it was not when segregation was the law of the land. Certainly, it was not when women were disenfranchised. Certainly, it was not when the LGBT community was routinely stigmatized. This sort of thinking, this ‘Make America Great’ mindset is not only flawed, it’s rooted in fear. And it favors an imagined past over a realistic future,” said Holder.
Likewise New York governor Andrew Cuomo says America bites the big one:
“We’re not gonna make America great again. It was never that great. We have not achieved greatness. We will reach greatness when every American is fully engaged,” said Cuomo.
Only Joe Biden didn’t get the memo about American never being great. He pretty much stole Trump’s MAGA for his own 2020 campaign:
“America is coming back like the way we used to be. Ethical. Straight,” said Biden.
So while Buttigieg, Holder, and Cuomo say America has never been great because its been mean to gays, Biden says America used to be great because it was straight. He’s going to struggle in the new radical left of the democratic party.
If I end up at a club that sucks, I leave and never come back. The way democrats do it is, they keep coming back, leave negative Yelp! reviews, and demand to be the DJ so they can play music nobody wants to hear. If you don’t like it, GTFO. Simple.
