Remember in the lead-up to the 2016 election how every poll showed Hillary Clinton beating Donald Trump in a landslide? I do, but the liberal media sure doesn’t. The left side of the news is doing their happy dance because a new poll shows Joe Biden beating President Trump in Texas in a potential 2020 match-up. Have they learned nothing? Obviously. This is Texas, you morons. The state is not turning blue and will not vote for Biden or whoever the democratic party nominee is. Find something else to put your false hope in.
A new Quinnipiac University poll asked voters in Texas whom they would vote for in 2020 if the match-up were Trump vs. Biden. According to the poll 48% would vote for Biden while only 44% would vote for Trump. The poll is obviously bullshit because 8% or Republican respondents said they’d vote for Biden, but whatevs.

Get a hold of yourselves people. This poll is as meaningless as the all of the ones that said Hillary was going to be in the White House.
To put all of this in perspective, CNN also has a new poll that says Americans overwhelmingly believe Trump is going to win reelection in 2020 regardless of his opponent. When American voters were asked if they thought Trump would be reelected, 54% said yes with only 41% saying no.
How is Trump going to win reelection if he loses Texas to Joe Biden? Don’t bother answering because the point is all of these polls are bogus. If there were anything to the polls, Hillary would be president instead of that crazy lady wandering in the woods and occasionally passing out.
Guess what? When you ask 1,000 people who have landlines and are home all day what they think, you get the opinion of weirdos. It has no bearing on the general consensus of the entire country or state.
The funny thing is, liberals and the liberal media put all of their faith in the polls for 2016 and were devastated when Trump won. They still haven’t recovered and it’s turned into a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. Having learned nothing from that traumatic experience, they are once again praying at the alter of the poll and setting themselves up for an even bigger kick in the nuts for 2020.
