When former Vice President Joe Biden officially entered the race for the White House, the media hailed the career politician as the savior who would deliver them from Trump and have already all but crowned him as the Democrat nominee.
But in their rush to put their seal of approval on a seriously flawed candidate, the establishment and the press are showing that they have a huge blind spot when it comes to the newly radicalized party which has embraced socialism as a way to avenge perceived injustices at the hands of white men.
Beltway Biden’s greatest obstacle is one that he is not going to be able to overcome even if the human gaffe machine does somehow manage to avoid imploding before next summer’s convention and that is the color of his skin which is a deal killer with the younger generation of social justice zealots along with the cult of victimhood.
While the media and pollsters are hailing Biden today, it’s apparent that they have learned nothing since 2016 when they all said that Hillary Clinton was unbeatable and that she would easily crush President Trump in the election.
Everyone knows how that turned out and by going all-in on Biden, the chattering class is ignoring the warning of philosopher-poet George Santayana whose famous words of “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it” ring hollow with the media.
However, those who are paying close attention can see that Sleepy Joe may have the wind in his sales today but there are serious headwinds in the forecast and foul-mouthed actress/comic Wanda Sykes laid it out in excruciating detail during an appearance on ABC’s “The View” that may foretell Biden’s demise.

“I think in 2020 we need to do a 180, right?” she asked.
“So I’m like, give me the old lady, the black lady or the gay guy,” she cracked.
“You don’t care who it is. Who’s the old lady?” Joy Behar asked.
“Elizabeth,” Sykes responded. “Give me Liz Warren, Kamala Harris or Pete Buttigieg.”
“How about the old man, where is he on the list?” Behar asked.
“We had the old white men over and over again. I’m tired of ’em!” Sykes shot back. “Tired of old white men!”
“These old white people, they want someone who looks like them. Did you notice that? That’s probably why Biden is ahead,” Behar explained.
This is what the Democrats are today regardless of whether their leaders admit it; a party that has embraced anti-white racism and bigotry to fill the empty void of a party without any serious ideas or the ability to govern.
There are millions of voters out there who fell exactly as Sykes does and they are not going to be motivated to vote for any of the “old white men” who have been established as the oppressors.
This is the logical evolution of the tearing down of statues, the rejection of history and the loathing for the Constitution and flag as symbols of racism and repression and Biden is going to be blindsided when the reality of what his party represents hits him like an ice cold snowball of truth delivered at high velocity to his face.
Democrats are all but certainly looking at a brokered convention and a final showdown between the new radicals and the hated old guard of which Biden is the figurehead.
