Nobody has ever been assaulted for wearing a Hillary Clinton “I’m with her” t-shirt. They got laughed at but definitely not beat up. Donald Trump’s MAGA hat is a different story. Liberals have tried to define it as a symbol of hate like a swastika or KKK hood and since the left thinks it’s okay to attack anyone they disagree with, people in MAGA hats get punched all the time. This time it happened in NYC to a guy who is very clearly not a Nazi or a white supremacist.
42-year-old Jahangir “John” Turan told WNYW that he started his day on Tuesday with a trip to Trump Tower in Manhattan to purchase a new “Make America Great Again.”
“I love President Trump. I think he’s doing a great job,” said Turan.
Things took a turn for the worst as he was walking down the street. A mob of 15 or so teenagers surrounded him and started yelling things like “f*ck Trump” and possibly racial slurs. More on that in a second.
“I got jumped for wearing this hat,” Turan said.
Then the beating started. Turan was getting pummeled from all directions and one of the attackers slammed his head into a construction scaffold. Turan fought his way out and got to safety.
“It all happened within 10 seconds. I jumped out, crossed the street and called the police,” Turan said.
Turan said his cheek was broken in the attack and he will meet with a specialist to see if his sight is permanently damaged.
“It’s sad to get beat up for wearing this hat. This is America,” said Turan.
Wait. Did he think New York City is America? Sorry, it’s not. Still, he should be able to wear fricken hat without getting assaulted.
Police have not made any arrests in this biased attack, mostly because the victim is a Trump supporter. Missing from the report is the race of the attackers. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t a gang of white thugs because that’s something the news would mention. A horde of minority scumbags attacking a guy in a MAGA hat however is something they definitely wouldn’t bring up.
As you can see, Turan is not a white guy and reportedly the attackers used “slurs” when they jumped him. I know that white people and Trump supporters aren’t protected against hatred or violence, but non-white people sure are. Will NYPD charges these thugs with a hate crime if they ever get around to making an arrest? I bet supporting Trump cancels out his minority status and there will be no hate crime charges.
The liberal media and democrats constantly and falsely accuse President Trump of racism. Shouldn’t they be held responsible for violence against Trump supporters and MAGA hat wearers?
The media says Trump is responsible for violence against reporters because he calls them “fake news” even though there has been no violence against reporters. Democrats say Trump is responsible for violence against democrats because he offers appropriate criticism of them even though there has been no violence against democrats.
These are their rules so clearly they are inciting people to attack Trump supporters. Luckily for liberals they made up the rules and put in a carve-out that absolves them of all responsibility for their actions.
