The popularity of Bernie Sanders and his promises of free stuff for millennials is no coincidence if a shocking new study is correct and if it is, there is a dark cloud hovering over America’s future.
That dark cloud is called socialism, the gateway drug to communism.
The research was a joint effort between YouGov and the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation which found that an astonishing number of millennials would prefer living under socialism.
In even more horrifying news, one third hold favorable views of actual communism.
That the younger generation is so historically ignorant of the misery and tyranny that both systems have resulted in shows that we are badly losing the war on stupidity.

A growing number of Millennials show support for communism and socialism, a survey from the Victims of Communism found.
The survey, conducted by the Victims of Communism and polled by the research and data firm YouGov, found that 70% of Millennials are likely to vote socialist and that one in three Millennials perceive communism as “favorable.” The survey is part of the Victims of Communism’s report “U.S. Attitudes Toward Socialism, Communism, and Collectivism,” which polled 2,100 people in the United States who were 16 and older with a margin of error of +/- 2.4%.
Democrats have seized on climate change as the rallying force behind their imposition of socialism on unsuspecting Americans.
They have already experienced great success with poorly educated millennials and younger people who they have brainwashed into accepting the idea that the world will end if American society is not radically transformed immediately.
The chief promoter of this big lie is a 29-year-old Twitter diva who not that long ago was slinging drinks in a New York City taco bar, yet Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been turned into a media superstar whose appeal to millennials has made her into a formidable recruiter for socialism.
With the inevitability of the younger generation rising to the top positions of power in the next few decades, it is increasingly likely that America will be a socialist country by 2050 and it’s all downhill from there.

According to the Victims Of Communism report:
This year’s study showed increased support for communism (36%) among Millennials compared to 2018. Opinions of capitalism took a steep decline from 2018 to 2019, with only one-in-two among Millennials (ages 23-38) and Generation Z (ages 16-22) having a favorable opinion of capitalism. Socialism’s favorability decreased markedly from 2018, among all generations except for Millennials and the Silent Generation (ages 74+).
“The historical amnesia about the dangers of communism and socialism is on full display in this year’s report,” said Marion Smith, Executive Director of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation. “When we don’t educate our youngest generations about the historical truth of 100 million victims murdered at the hands of communist regimes over the past century, we shouldn’t be surprised at their willingness to embrace Marxist ideas. We need to redouble our efforts to educate America’s youth about the history of communist regimes and the dangers of socialism today.”
Everywhere where socialism has taken root, political persecution, oppression, and misery have soon followed yet this evil philosophy has been embraced by Democrats and their angry young social justice warrior mobs.
As no less an authority than Vladimir I. Lenin himself put it – “The goal of socialism is communism” and make no mistake, that is where America is headed if the radicalized Democrats led by AOC get their way.
