The rule for saving a failing sitcom was to bring in a new character in hopes of sparking some interest. This never worked out and more often than not the show would be cancelled by the end of the season. Joe Biden’s presidential campaign is in serious trouble so they followed the sitcom model by bringing in John Kerry to boost the excitement level. If cousin Oliver couldn’t save the Brady Bunch, what are the chances that the guy who sent Iran billions in cash is going to give Biden a boost?
Let’s start out with this:

Acting as Biden’s surrogate, John Kerry gave an intimate talk to 5 or 6 people in what looks like a funeral parlor in Iowa. It’s probably not a coincidence that Kerry was eulogizing Biden’s dying campaign.
Kerry became even less helpful in trying to defend Joe Biden’s vote for the Iraq war. Bernie Sanders senior campaign advisor Jeff Weaver called Biden out on this inconvenient fact that pisses off the far left kooks of the democratic party:
“It is appalling that after 18 years Joe Biden still refuses to admit he was dead wrong on the Iraq War, the worst foreign policy blunder in modern American history. Unlike 23 of his Senate colleagues who got it right, Biden made explicitly clear that he was voting for war, and even after the war started, he boasted that he didn’t regret it,” said Weaver in a statement.
And Kerry did his best to make things worse by claiming that Biden didn’t actually vote for the Iraq War, which he most certainly did.
“That was not voting for the war,” said Kerry of the vote for the Iraq War.
After lying, Kerry went further by accusing the Sanders campaign of lying.
Kerry went on Face the Nation to say, “I think Bernie is regrettably distorting Joe’s record.”

“It was very clear that what we were doing was listening to a president that made a pledge, that he was going to do diplomacy, he was going to exhaust diplomacy build a coalition, and ultimately we learned, as Joe did and I did, that the intelligence was distorted,” Kerry said. “So Joe spoke out and criticized, Joe was against what they were doing.”
Kerry claimed that he and Biden both voted for the Iraq War because they didn’t think George Bush was going to actually go to war, which makes absolutely no sense. Kerry also said Biden quickly realized the war was bad and spoke out against it.
“I think we were let down, and Joe has said many times it was a mistake, obviously, to trust the words of the administration who didn’t follow through on what they said they were going to do,” Kerry said.
But wait, what’s this? Bernie’s campaign released a video of Biden praising both President Bush and the Iraq War well after the war begun:
NEWS: Yesterday, the Biden campaign for the 3rd time insisted that @JoeBiden didn’t support the Iraq War. “Some in my own party have said that it was a mistake to go to Iraq in the first place and believe that it’s not worth the cost, whatever benefit may flow from our engagement in Iraq. But the cost of not acting against Saddam I think would have been much greater, and so is the cost, and so will be the cost of not finishing this job. The President of the United States is a bold leader, and he is popular. The stakes are high, and the need for leadership is great. I wish he’d use some of his stored-up popularity to make what I admit is not a very popular case, but I, and many others, will support him when he makes the case,” said Biden.
It sure sounds like Biden supported the war he voted for, doesn’t it? John Kerry, who was for the war before he was against it, is the one distorting Biden’s record.
Luke Brower, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, killed off Growing Pains. Randy Pearson drove a stake through the heart of That 70’s Show. 3J was the thing that finally did in Steve Urkel on Family Matters. John Kerry is worse than all of these characters and his addition to the Biden campaign signals an imminent cancellation.
The thing is, Joe Biden would make a great sitcom. He’s hilarious, though unintentionally. He just wouldn’t be a very good POTUS. John Kerry however is pretty much Shemp on the Three Stooges; not funny or good at anything.
