Joe Biden Says Curing Coronavirus Will Make it Worse

Joe Biden emerged from his hidey hole this week to offer daily updates on the coronavirus but nobody was watching so he went on The View to ensure nobody would see his complete lack of expertise on the subject. Lucky for him because he managed to say the single dumbest thing about the coronavirus yet. According to Dr. Joe, curing the coronavirus will make it much worse. This, he assures us, is based on science so it must be true.

Biden, broadcasting from his basement, joined the clucking chickens of The View remotely to share his expert knowledge of all things coronavirus. After saying several times the we need to trust science to beat the virus, there was this decidedly unscientific exchange:

“Are you at all concerned, as Trump said, that we cannot let the cure be worse than the problem itself?” asked one of the chickens I don’t recognize.

“We have to take care of the cure. That will make the problem worse no matter what. No matter what,” said Biden.

So coming up with a vaccine or an effective treatment for coronavirus will make the problem worse? Joe’s under the impression that it’s better if we don’t find a cure, though he doesn’t explain why. Clearly he doesn’t quite get that science thing he says will help end the pandemic.

After listing off things that he thinks President Trump needs to do but not noticing that Trump is already doing them, Biden demonstrated that he doesn’t understand how video works either.

“In the rural areas, I have a map here,” said Biden grabbing a map from his desk.

Then, Joe suddenly thought that he was doing a radio interview.

“I won’t, I can’t, I wonna wanna show you. You can’t see it,” articulated Biden.

There’s a lot of that science Joe champions in providing a video feed, but I guess he doesn’t really believe in it.

Earlier in the interview, Biden explained to Whoopi Goldberg his biggest concern with the coronavirus.

“The number one thing I’m concerned about, Whoopi, is misinformation. Listen to the scientists. Listen to the doctors,” claimed Biden.

Both scientists and doctors agree that curing a disease makes it better, not worse and claiming it’s the other way around is a serious piece of misinformation.

Doctors and scientists also agree that people shouldn’t be touching their faces during the coronavirus outbreak. Here’s a supercut from the interview of Corona Joe rubbing his face and eating his hands:

Hey, at least he’s not sucking on his wife’s fingers anymore.

Meanwhile, where’s the liberal media outrage over this? If President Trump said curing coronavirus would make it worse, that’s all they be talking about for a month.
