Seattle may have finally dismantled the Black Lives Matter occupied zone but that doesn’t mean they aren’t still committed to ending make-believe racism. The city has been training their white employees to stop being so damn white and therefore racist. Some of the “anti-racism” instructions include letting people of color have their jobs and walking around in dangerous black neighborhoods at night. The only way for white people to prove they are not racist is to let blacks take their jobs and lives. No thanks.
Christopher Rufo is the Director of Discovery Institute’s Center on Wealth & Poverty and he recently came across a treasure trove of information on Seattle’s racial sensitivity training for white employees:

It’s not a coincidence that leftist think individualism is a bad thing. It stands in their way of creating a socialist shithole with them in charge. In this case, they want you to think individualism is racist, ’cause racism is bad, m’kay.
Sometimes both sides of the coin are “oppression.”
Are white employees speaking too much? That’s probably the internalized racial superiority of “imposition” or “paternalism.”
Are white employees speaking too little? That’s oppression, too, because “silence” is “violence.”

We have to let go of our white friends and our physical safety to stop being racist? What if we go walking around in a shitty neighborhood and black people don’t want to be our friend? We’ll be lonely and shot to death, which seems a bit much to unpack our whiteness.
Also, white people have to turn down jobs they are unqualified for to let black people have them. That’s not actually how affirmative action works. Usually it’s the qualified white person losing the job to an unqualified person of color to make the “diversity” quota.

Geez, can’t we just prove we’re not racist by, you know, not being racist? Apparently not. This Seattle anti-racism training program says that the simple act of being white is racist, so we’re kind stuck unless we change our white skin but blackface is also racist. I guess the best thing to do is ignore this idiocy and get on with our white lives.
