Show Of Hands, How Many Of You Tested Positive For COVID-19 Or Know Someone Who Has?

I’m not prepared to call this a conspiracy, but something doesn’t smell right with the coronavirus pandemic. It’s been my experience that when something smells like shit, 99.9% of time it is shit. Despite the media fear mongering that COVID-19 case are spiking and the hospitals are full of the sick and dying, I don’t know one single person who has tested positive for the virus. Even weirder, I didn’t know anyone who knows someone with coronavirus. What about you? Have any Def-Con News readers come down with corona or know anyone who has?

As of this writing there are almost 5 million reported cases of COVID-19 with 162,000 deaths. In California, where I live, there have been over a half-million cases and 10,000 deaths. In Los Angeles Country, where I live, there have been 200,000 cases with 5,000 deaths. And all of this numbers are shooting upwards.

On top of which, The CDC has looked at its data and found the death toll nationally has been undercounted by 54,000, something Dr. Fauci agrees with. Here in California, they claim a computer glitch has caused the state to radically undercount the number of COVID-19 infected people and expect a spike as they rectify the problem.

Another interesting stat is that I have hundreds of friends and acquaintances across this country. Unlike guilty white liberals, my friends are quite diverse, repenting every race, ethnicity, religion, and economic status. Of these hundreds of friends (real, not social media likes) they also have hundreds of friends and acquaintances making it a real world network thousands if not tens of thousands of people. Statistically speaking, I should know someone who has tested positive for coronavirus, but I don’t.

This is something I’ve talked about with my friends and I never had one of them say, “Oh, I know someone who had it.”

In any given year, I know plenty of people who get the flu, or a cold, or some kind of communicable ailment. This coronavirus pandemic is supposed to be huge by comparison and yet I don’t know anyone who came down with it. I don’t know anyone who actually likes the Foo Fighters either and they’re a pretty big band so maybe it’s just a coincidence that COVID-19 isn’t running in my circles.

That’s why I’m curious to know if any of you have had it or know anyone who has. Is my experience an anomaly or does this seem like bullshit to you guys and gals too?

I get that democrats want to keep the country locked down and the economy depressed until the election because they think it will help them win the White House, but it’s pretty hard to fake a pandemic. Especially for democrats who are comically incompetent.

I can see blue states fudging their numbers to feed the hysteria but red states are reporting big spikes as well. Hell, in New York they are shining their insane numbers to make it seem like Gov. Andrew Cuomo did a good job dealing with the pandemic.

Something doesn’t add up here. It could be as innocent as nobody has any idea what they’re doing or as sinister as a Soros-backed strike team infecting people on purpose to un-flatten the curve and destroy the country.

Thoughts?
