Texas and 17 states are suing 4 swing states that were stolen in the 2020 election for Joe Biden, which is a completely legal process. Over 100 House Republicans support this lawsuit before the Supreme Court, which again is a normal legal thing. One House democrats however thinks it amounts to treason and is demanding that Nancy Pelosi refuse to seat any of the Republicans in the new Congress, which is a completely illegal and unconstitutional thing.
The Texas lawsuit against Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia basically argues that these states illegally changed their election rules to accept thousands of fraudulent ballots that gave Joe Biden the win. The lawsuit is asking the Supreme Court to invalidate the bogus results in those states because they essentially nullify the votes in Texas and the other states participating in it.
126 House Republicans have signed an amicus brief, which is a legal way to support the lawsuit. New Jersey democratic Rep. Bill Pascrell has a problem with all of these legal proceedings so he’s demanding Nancy Pelosi take the illegal action of refusing to seat any of the incoming Republicans who signed the amicus brief:

He refused to capitalize President Trump’s name. Take that, Trump!
If there was election fraud, and there was, that means Donald Trump is the elected President of the United States, not an unelected dictator. Also, no one is trying to overturn the election, they’re attempting to get the true results of the election.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was written after the Civil War to bar from government any traitors who would seek to destroy the Union.

Traitors don’t use the Supreme Court to destroy the Union and the Constitution very clearly allows for people, including Republican House members, to petition the court to settle grievances.

Pascrell should probably spend 2 seconds reading the 14th Amendment he tweeted out because it would show him what a ridiculous asshole he is. The House Republicans are participating in a Constitutional legal process in an effort to verify the legitimacy of our elections. They aren’t traitors nor have they committed treason, which requires aiding our enemies. If the Republicans had helped the democrats steal the election they would be guilty of treason, since democrats are the biggest enemy America has ever faced, but they didn’t.
Meanwhile, if Nancy Pelosi refuses to seat Republicans because they are participating in this legal process, that would be unconstitutional and a huge blow to our Union. Not only would that be treason, but Pascrell is guilty of sedition for demanding it.
Once again the democrats are the projection party. Here’s one of them now accusing the Republicans of treason as he makes a treasonous demand to punish them.
