Being a phony is a type of lying in which a person presents a version of themselves that is completely untrue. Kamala Harris wants people to think she’s a radical African American activist despite having no racial, cultural, or economic connection to that false persona. It’s why she lies about listening to rap artists before they released records and it’s why she lies about celebrating Kwanzaa as a kid.
Here’s Kamaltoe putting on a clinic in phonyism:
Our Kwanzaa celebrations are one of my favorite childhood memories. The whole family would gather around across multiple generations and we’d tell stories and light the candles.
Whether you’re celebrating this year with those you live with or over Zoom, happy Kwanzaa! pic.twitter.com/21bzGHZpYe

“You know, my sister and I grew up celebrating Kwanza. Every year, our family and our extended family, we would gather around across multiple generations and we’d tell stories. The kids would sit on the carpet and the elders would sit in chairs, and we would light the candles and, of course, afterwards would have a beautiful meal,” said harris.
It already sounds like bullshit simply because it’s coming from Kamala’s mouth, but there’s plenty more reasons to doubt this touching holiday lie.
Kwanzaa was invented in 1966 by convicted felon Maulana Karenga to be a black alternative to Christmas because he believed Jesus was “psychotic” and Christianity was a “white” religion that should be shunned. It’s also a holiday that has never caught on in the black community. It is also a holiday that nobody even heard of until about 20 years ago.
Kamala Harris was born 1964. What are the chances that multiple generations of her family picked up on this silly made-up holiday and celebrated it religiously? What are the chances that Harris was celebrating this silly holiday 2 years before it was invented? About the same as the chances that Harris was listening to Biggie and Tupac before they ever released a record.
Kwanzaa is a bastardization of African harvest traditions. Kamala Harris’ father is from Jamaica and her mother from India. Does this sound like a family who would embrace African mumbo jumbo? Does Kamala actually think we believe her great-great grandma from India was celebrating Kwanzaa? Yeah, she does because that’s how being full of shit works.
There’s also the inconvenient fact that Harris’ parents were first-generation immigrants and that her multi-generational family was not here to celebrate Kwanzaa.
A search of Kamala’s Twitter shows that she joined in 2009. It wasn’t until 2013 when she first tweeted anything about Kwanzaa. She also took off the years 2016-2018 from issuing any kind of happy Kwanzaa tweet. If this holiday were really so important to her, wouldn’t she offer a greeting every year?
We can know this is a lie most of all however because Kamaltoe is telling us she’s lying:
“And of course there was always a discussion of the seven principals. And my favorite, I have to tell you, was always the one about self-determination: Kujichagulia. And you know, it’s essentially about, you know, it’s about “be.” “Be” and “do.” Be the person you want to be and do the things you want to do and do the things that need to be done,” Said Harris.
Kamala is saying straight up that she is presenting a version of herself that isn’t true. She is being the person she wants to be, not the person she is. One of the things she did to be this person include sleeping with a married man to launch her career in politics. Another is suppressing her outrage at Joe Biden’s racism and compromising her principals so she could further that career.
If Mike Pence made a video talking about the way he celebrated Christmas as a kid, the liberal media would “fact-check” the hell out of him and determine he was lying. Kamala Harris is clearly lying about celebrating Kwanzaa and they are letting it go thanks to that “D” after her name and her status as a protected woman of color. Where’s the pictures of her celebrating this nonsense holiday as a kid? They don’t exist.
