Yesterday The Washington Post made the absurd claim that Joe Biden is eloquent. Today, Politico is claiming that Biden’s time in the White House has been gaffe-free. Nothing happens on the left organically, so there must have been a memo instructing the liberal media to convince people that Joe Biden isn’t a drooling braindead mental case.

Two and a half months in, that’s undoubtedly the case. The president so far has surprised some of his former colleagues and allies with a largely gaffe-free White House debut after a lifetime of verbal stumbles.
Who are these former colleagues and allies that are surprised that Biden hasn’t made any notable gaffes so far? Politico doesn’t say, probably because they made it up, much like the fact-free claim that Biden has been gaffe-free in the White House.
Biden has yet to hold a press conference or address a joint session of Congress and every interaction he’s had with the public and media has been scripted and yet he’s still made a stunning amount of blunders that Politico has willfully ignored:

In Biden’s first 50 days in office, he had at least 17 major gaffes, which translates to a gaffe every 2.9 days. That’s what Politico calls “gaffe-free” because they have been instructed to convince us that he’s lucid and competent.
