In an unprecedented legal maneuver, the prosecutors in the Kyle Rittenhouse murder trail actually made a great case for his innocence and acquittal. Further proving the incompetence of the prosecution, one of the assistant DAs aimed an AR-15 at the jury with his finger on the trigger. Apparently, Alec Baldwin is a legal consultant for the prosecution.
Kyle Rittenhouse is the teenager who shot 3 people, killing 2, in the Kenosha Wisconsin riots last year. Though video evidence shows he was attacked and defended himself against Antifa terrorists and child molesters, the woke DA’s office charged him with murder and attempted murder. Monday was closing arguments in the case and the prosecution concluded their weak case.
First, they used a picture from the film Roadhouse, which is exactly as weird as it sounds. This is what they showed the jury:
“What you don’t do is you don’t bring a gun to a fistfight. What the defendant wants you to believe is that because he’s the one who brought the gun, he gets to kill,” said Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger.
That’s a complete mischaracterization of what went on. Rittenhouse didn’t go to Kenosha looking for a fight. He was there to help people and protect property from rioters. He was attacked, not the other way around.
Besides that, this is simply stupid. The one who enters a combat situation with inferior firepower is the moron. If bringing a knife to a gun fight is dumb, bringing fists is idiotic. The scumbags who attacked Rittenhouse instigated a fist fight against someone holding an AR-15 and the end results were entirely predictable.
Also, clearly the DA has never seen the movie Roadhouse because many of the bad guys were armed with guns and Patrick Swayze kicked the shit out of them.
And speaking of AR-15s, Binger wanted to demonstrate something to the jury that only he understands by aiming the rifle at them:
As you can see, Binger has his finger on the trigger and the bolt is closed. He never checked the firearm before pointing it at the jury but did say his assistant had made sure it was unloaded. It’s a very similar situation in the Alec Baldwin movie shooting but luckily the DA didn’t take out a juror.
Anyone who knows anything about gun safety cringed at the sight of Binger aiming a gun at people in a courtroom and it generated a lot of buzz on social media. Liberals, who normally hate guns and think they’re too dangerous to own, were quick to defend the DA because they want Rittenhouse convicted and anything the prosecution does is okay with them.

Well yeah, it’s unsafe and unacceptable to point a gun at anyone for the purpose of demonstrating anything while it’s completely fine to point a weapon at someone who is trying to kill you. It’s weird that this has to be explained to her.
The jury began deliberating on Tuesday and given the terrible case the prosecution made, they’ll probably be back with a not guilty verdict before the end of the day. It’s too bad they can’t deliberate what a raging moron Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger is instead.
