There’s a hundred ways to gauge Joe Biden’s incompetence and one of the biggest one is how he keeps nominating cabinet members who can’t possibly be confirmed. The latest one to bite the dust is literal communist, Saule Omarova, who Biden nominated to be on charge of banks and currency. She is #3 in Biden’s ridiculous failed cabinet nominations.
When Biden nominated Saule Omarova to be the Treasury Department’s comptroller of the currency it raised a few eyebrows because she is actually a communist. Why would anyone in their right mind nominate a communist to basically be in charge of capitalism? That’s like putting an anti-gun activist in charge of guns. Oh wait, Biden did that too.
After brutal questioning at a Senate confirmation hearing, Omarova has requested that Biden withdraw her nomination. She may be a commie, but she can still see the reality of there being no chance of her ever being confirmed.
Biden issued a statement showing how delusional he really is:
I have accepted Saule Omarova’s request to withdraw her name from nomination for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. I nominated Saule because of her deep expertise in financial regulation and her long-standing, respected career in the private sector, the public sector, and as a leading academic in the field.
As a strong advocate for consumers and a staunch defender of the safety and soundness of our financial system, Saule would have brought invaluable insight and perspective to our important work on behalf of the American people. But unfortunately, from the very beginning of her nomination, Saule was subjected to inappropriate personal attacks that were far beyond the pale.
Attacks beyond the pale? She is an avowed communist who hates banks and she was asked about that. Those seem like appropriate questions for some who would be in charge of capitalist systems like banks and currency.
Before Omarova bit the dust, Biden’s nominee to head the ATF, David Chipman, also had to withdraw his name for consideration. Chipman was an anti-gun activist who also had a serious problem with racism.
And kicking things off with Biden’s failed nominations was Neera Tanden for Director of the Office of Management and Budget. Tanden is a former Hillary Clinton senior advisor and current nasty bitch. Once she got he nomination, she scrubbed her Twitter account of thousands of tweets in which she wrote terrible things about some of the Senators she expected to confirm her nomination.
The Office of Management and Budget is basically the cabinet department that sets the president’s agenda. Biden claimed his agenda was to unite the nation and then he went ahead and nominate the most divisive person possible to run it. And if you’re keeping score at he nominated a commie to run the engine of capitalism and a gun-hater to be in charge of guns. Joe Biden is if Opposite Day was a president.
All of this points to how disconnected Joe Biden is from reality. A sane person wouldn’t have offered up nominees that had no chance in hell of being confirmed, but Crazy joe has done it 3 times already. It’s not like these nominations were sunk because new information about them suddenly came to light. They were all horrible from the start and were never going to make it out of committee for a floor vote.
