Just in time to save Joe Biden from his divisive “MAGA Hate Speech,” Reuters/Ipsos is out with a new poll that says two-thirds of Americans side with the illegitimate president and think Republicans are a threat to democracy. Even more amazing, 25% of Republicans believe that Republicans are a threat to democracy.
Last week, Joe Biden channeled his inner-Führer and “othered” half the country, calling Republicans the biggest threat to America. This was such horrible speech even some liberal media outlets called him out for his divisiveness and hateful tone.
No worries, the liberal media is back to fully support Biden’s fascist agenda. The latest Reuters/Ipsos poll, taken days after Biden’s MAGA Hate Speech, found that 59% of Americans, including 25% of Republicans, agree with Joe that Republicans threaten democracy.
What that means, if the results of this poll can be trusted, is that a quarter of Republicans answered: “F*ck yeah, we’re the worst. Biden’s the man!”
I’m not a professional statistician but even I can see some issues here. 25% of Republicans don’t even mistakenly believe America is a democracy. How can 25% think they represent a threat to American democracy? With a question like this, anything more than 3 or 4 percent is a huge red flag.
There’s more to doubt the accuracy of this poll. 59% of the respondents also said that Biden’s speech will further divide the country. Think about that: 59% say they agree with Biden that Republicans are a threat and then 59% say that his speech was mean spirited and divisive.
And then get this: 50% of the people polled said they didn’t watch even one minute of Biden’s speech. Half the people didn’t watch the speech but two-thirds of them had an opinion about it? This methodology is so bad it should be classified as “Shit Science.”
But just when you think this poll stinks like one of Joe’s soiled diapers, there’s some possible truth to it. Reuters/Ipsos found that Biden still has a historically low approval rating at just 39%.
Putting it all together I figure this poll is off by at least 21 points. That means Biden’s real approval rating is around 18%.
The only other thing that makes any sense is if the poll takers misrepresented the number of Republicans they surveyed. The poll claims that they polled 411 democrats and 397 Republicans. The results indicate that it was more like 508 democrats and 200 Republicans.
Under that second scenario it means that more than half of democrats think Joe Biden sucks, which is way more believable than 25% of Republicans hating themselves.
I’ve said before that I don’t believe conservatives participate in liberal media polling. Somehow “I’m from the liberal media and I’d like to ask you personal questions” doesn’t go over big with conservatives. Hell, I don’t even pick up the phone if I don’t recognize the number.
Democrats on the other hand love throwing their opinions in everyone’s face. They also like to pretend to be conservative to help push their shitty agenda. They vote in open primaries to help promote the most “bearable” Republican candidates so the idea that they would fake being Republicans in a poll isn’t that hard to believe.
