The US Women’s National Soccer team was eliminated by Sweden in the World Cup yesterday after a historically bad run in the international competition. It was the earliest exit the USWNT ever had in a World Cup and the worst performance over all. Joe Biden however thinks they did America proud and congratulated the America-hating American team for a job well done.
In round robin play, The US Women’s team only won a single game and tied two others. It was good enough to advance to the knockout round, but was the crappiest a US team has ever performed in the preliminaries. In the knockout round, US played to a scoreless tie against Sweden and then lost on penalty kicks.
Noted lesbian and America-hater, Megan Rapinoe had a chanced to win it for USA, but sent a penalty kick over the net:

Rapinoe actually laughed and smiled after that sad attempt. Speaking of sad things, here’s Joe Biden being oblivious to the USWNT’s epic failure:

This may be the most delusional thing Biden has ever said. The worst showing ever by a US Women’s soccer team in a World Cup is not an incredible run, it’s a historic embarrassment. Then again, Joe Biden is also a historic embarrassment and failure, so maybe he feels a special kinship with the losers of the USWNT.
That however doesn’t excuse all the rest of his nonsense. The Women’s team did not make America proud, of them, they alienated Americans and made them loathe women’s soccer. As long as Rapinoe has been on the team, she she has consistently bad-mouthed this country and disrespected it by kneeling during the National Anthem. In the current World Cup, the US Women refused to sing the National Anthem and wouldn’t place their hands over their hearts when it was played. For the Sweden Game, Rapinoe once again took a knee.
Also, a team that only won a single game couldn’t score a goal in their final two matches, didn’t play with “grit and determination” as Biden suggests. They played like they didn’t give a shit about representing America and that’s because they hate this country.
The only thing the USWNT inspired Americans to do is stop paying attention to women’s soccer. That a pretty weird thing for Biden to look forward to, even by his bizarre standards.
This Biden tweet is kind of like how he keeps telling us that Bidenomics has created a strong economy, when by all measures the economy is f*cked. This is partially do to Joe’s detachment from reality and part because democrats are lying sacks of crap.
