Earlier I told you about some Catholic high school students from Kentucky wearing MAGA hats who were falsely accused of being racist for “assaulting” a Native American veteran. The story has been thoroughly debunked but liberals don’t give a damn about facts when they can use BS to go after President Trump. One democratic Congressman, based on this false story, is calling for a complete and total ban of teens wearing Make America Great Again hats because he feels fascism is the key to opposing the freely-elected President of the United States.
Several democrats and liberal ding-dongs have weighed on on this liberal media manufactured incident of racial violence:
Omaha elder and Vietnam War veteran Nathan Phillips endured hateful taunts with dignity and strength, then urged us all to do better.

This Veteran put his life on the line for our country. The students’ display of blatant hate, disrespect, and intolerance is a signal of how common decency has decayed under this administration. Heartbreaking. https://t.co/NuPnYu9FP4

These pathetic cowards. If you’re gonna hide from people because you can’t accept the completely earned anger your students inspired at least take out the publicly viewable parts about how you’re educating young men “spiritually and socially.” pic.twitter.com/5bqojfMz64

I am so deeply grieved and angry by this as young kids in MAGA hats surrounded and mocked a beloved Native American elder yesterday.
When your power is centered in your whiteness, mocking others who are unlike you makes you feel strong.
But it’s weak. And despicable. pic.twitter.com/38FtzGtowL

But Kentucky Rep. John Yarmuth easily had the stupidest thing to say about it:
I am calling for a total and complete shutdown of teenagers wearing MAGA hats until we can figure out what is going on. They seem to be poisoning young minds. [1/2] https://t.co/yq5bLd4kE2
— Rep. John Yarmuth (@RepJohnYarmuth) January 20, 2019
The conduct we saw in this video is beyond appalling, but it didn’t happen in a vacuum. This is a direct result of the racist hatred displayed daily by the President of the United States who, sadly, some mistake for a role model. [2/2]
— Rep. John Yarmuth (@RepJohnYarmuth) January 20, 2019
Maybe Yarmuth should figure out what’s going on before he sends out his uninformed tweets. Also, even before this story was debunked, what’s appalling or racist in the video? It’s a teenager standing and politely smiling as a Native American protester bangs a drum in his face.
As you can see by the tone in Yarmuth’s tweets, this isn’t a joke: he’s dead serious. He thinks MAGA hats are turning teenagers into racists and wants to ban them through an act of Congress. I’m not sure if this attack on the 1st Amendment right to free speech is fascist or communist, but it’s definitely not American.
While I can’t get behind Yarmuth’s ideas to stifle free speech, I would support a law that says any time a US Congressman proposes something unconstitutional, he or she is immediately removed from office. They all take an oath to uphold the Constitution, so if they violate that, they should be gone. I realize that with most democrats supporting unconstitutional gun control, they’d all be kicked out, but I think we can all agree that our country would be much better off.
As it turns out, Yarmuth isn’t just behind the curve on this fake news story about “racist” teens in MAGA hats. He was also calling for Present Trump’s impeachment even after the BS Buzzfeed story was debunked:
If true, which it appears to be, the @BuzzFeedNews report that Trump suborned perjury is an impeachable offense, and the House should begin the process.
— Rep. John Yarmuth (@RepJohnYarmuth) January 18, 2019
Hey, I just came up with another good law: Any member of Congress who threatens to impeach the President of the United States based on a discredited article on Buzzfeed, shall be immediately removed from office and banished to Idiot Island forever.
The scary thing is, John Yarmuth is the Chairman of the House Budget Committee. This guy is a complete moron and he’s basically in charge of our money and how it gets spent. I can’t wait to see him try to slip some MAGA hat suppression funding into a bill the democrats think will end the government shutdown.
