Finally, one of these nitwit democrats got something right. Muslim democrat Rashida Tlaib has called out her entire party for racism. Being a democrat however, she didn’t get it entirely right. She’s not pointing the finger at the democrats for their history of racism or their closeted bigotry but rather for not standing up enough for anti-Semite America-hater Ilhan Omar. Still, Tlaib is calling the democrats a bunch of racists so she deserves at least partial credit.
This takes a little time to set up but it’s definitely worth it. As I’m sure you know, Muslim Minnesota Rep. has been making a series of anti-Semitic statements and insultingly downplayed the significance of the 9/11 Islamic terrorist attacks. The democrats thought about condemning the Minnesota Rep. but then changed their minds by admonishing white supremacy instead.
Omar and her buddies Tlaib and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez then tried to flip the script and make it seem like Omar was actually the victim. The narrative is that anyone who is offended by Omar’s hatred is actually a worse hater, which makes as much sense as anything else these kooks have to say.
And with that, here’s American University professor Ibram X. Kendi establishing the rules.
It goes without saying that #IStandWithIlhanOmar. And anyone who does not stands with @IlhanMN stands with Islamophobia, with racism, with politicians deploying lies to inflame racial and religious terror in the country. There is no middle ground in this struggle.

As you can see, you either support Omar’s anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism or you are a f*cking racist. Huge if true.
From there, Muslim activist Maheen Ahmed noticed that the democrats weren’t doing enough to stand by Omar’s hatred:
The attacks on @IlhanMN and subsequent lack of support from Democratic leadership continues to prove that this system was never meant for us.
Do not applaud diversity and the “first” Muslims in any space if you’re not willing to be a true ally and defend us.#IStandwithIlhan

And Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib totally agrees:
They put us in photos when they want to show our party is diverse. However, when we ask to be at the table, or speak up about issues that impact who we are, what we fight for & why we ran in the first place, we are ignored. To truly honor our diversity is to never silence us. https://t.co/7T1OlwS1YG

Like I said, she is more or less saying that democrats are racist, she just isn’t quite putting her finger on the actual problem. Slavery, KKK, segregation, genocide, and internment? Yes. Not standing by Ilam Omar’s vile hatred of Jews and Americans? No.
Tlaib’s flawed premise is that by not supporting the anti-Semitism of the Muslims in the House, the democrats are trying to silence them. I can’t get in the mind of Nancy Pelosi, but I’m sure she considers wiping Israel off the map or saying Jews run the world to be bad messaging for the party.
The thing is, Pelosi and the democrats bent over backwards to accommodate Omar’s anti-Semitism. They were going to pass a resolution condemning her and then after some contemplating they went with a resolution that didn’t mention her by name but rather threw up two middle fingers to neo-Nazis. If that’s not standing by Omar and her hatred, I don’t know what is.
Tlaib also gets partial credit for calling out the democrats for their tokenism. The democratic leadership is now and has always been rich white people. They pretend to care about diversity and roll out their token minorities to prove how inclusive they are, but it’s always going to be the rich white folks in charge.
The greatest thing about all of this is the impending implosion of the democratic party. They are eating their own and there are all kinds of crazy factions battling for control of the party. Socialism, infanticide, globalism, and far-left insanity all threaten to tear the democrats apart and it’s nothing but entertaining for the rest of us. There was a time when even democrats could say that communism, killing live babies, and tearing up the Constitution were bad things, but not anymore.
