HEY HEY HEY, It’s Fat Jerry…
House Democrats and their media allies are hellbent at destroying Attorney General William Barr following the disappointing dud that was the Mueller report.
For nearly two solid years, Dems and others who are still furious over a lost election had polished Sir Mueller’s shining suit of armor and then suffered the indignity of watching their mighty warrior turn into a tin man when it came time to pull Excalibur from the stone.
Rather than produce the damning “evidence” that would have President Trump and his family frog-marched out of the White House in handcuffs, the Mueller report actually cleared the president of working with Russia to sabotage Hillary Clinton’s White House hopes.
This led to a wave of great anger on the left and nowhere more so than in the Democrat-controlled House Of Representatives where Nancy Pelosi’s hatchetmen are preparing for a series of inquisitions that will conjure images of the infamous Moscow show trials of the late 1930s.
The most powerful blowhard running the tribunals is Rep. Jerrold Nadler of New York, a longtime foe of Trump’s who seems to have nurtured a hell of a grudge after the then real estate mogul mocked him as “Fat Jerry” and reportedly still refers to him as such in private.

From his perch as Judiciary Committee chair, Nadler is prepared to abuse his position as nobody has done before and has already started issuing subpoenas to finish the job that Mueller couldn’t.
This week, Nadler has scheduled Barr to be dragged in front of the committee and has imposed highly unusual conditions for the hearing including all but putting the attorney general on trial by allowing for him to be interrogated by the Democrats’ committee counsel.
But Barr is balking and has reportedly told bloodthirsty Dems that he would snub the hearings unless Nadler reconsiders the format.

Via The Hill,“Barr warns House Dems he might not appear at hearing”:
Attorney General William Barr has warned House Democrats that he might not appear as scheduled this week in front of the Judiciary Committee, The Hill has confirmed.
Barr has told Democrats they need to change the proposed format for the hearing, CNN first reported Sunday, citing an unidentified source.
In addition to five minutes of questioning for each member of the committee, Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), the chairman of the committee, has proposed an additional round that would allow for each side to question Barr for 30 minutes, a source said. That round of questioning also would allow the committee counsels for both parties to question Barr.
Nadler also has proposed having the committee enter a closed session to discuss redacted sections of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report, the source added.
Barr has rejected the additional rounds of questioning, but it’s possible he and Democrats could reach a deal before Thursday, when the hearing is scheduled.
The Department of Justice did not immediately return a request for comment.
That triggered jiggling Jerry who ran directly to CNN to cry foul:

Via The Hill:
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) fired back Sunday at Attorney General William Barr after the attorney general warned he may not appear at a scheduled committee hearing this week.
“The witness is not going to tell the committee how to conduct its hearing, period,” Nadler said Sunday, according to CNN.
Nadler also threatened to issue a subpoena if President Trump’s attorney general refuses to attend the hearing.
“Then we will have to subpoena him, and we will have to use whatever means we can to enforce the subpoena,” Nadler said.
Nadler’s bullying along with fellow Dems who are threatening to start throwing Trump administration members into jail if they don’t submit to their ridiculous McCarthyist dog and pony show sets up a high stakes confrontation between the White House and the Russia conspiracy dead-enders that has the potential of doing lasting damage to the republic.
Normal Americans can be forgiven for feeling like they went to sleep one night and woke up in the old Soviet Union.
Mueller may have spoken but the coup continues…
