Democrats continue to wallow in denial that normal Americans are turned off by their radicalism, unimpressed with their candidates and horrified at the idea that the USA could become a socialist country and are already laying the groundwork for the next great conspiracy theory if they lose big in 2020.
Following Hillary Clinton’s implosion in key Rust Belt states that cost her the 2016 election, the geniuses who ran her campaign were looking for a scapegoat and the Russian meddling hoax was concocted and then fed to a media eager to absolve themselves of the blame for underestimating the outsider and political novice who cleaned her clock.
The blame for her historic and unexpected collapse was placed on Russia and this falsehood has been repeated so many times on cable news and social media that it is now taken as holy gospel by sore losers who refuse to accept that their team lost despite being the overwhelming favorite.
Since the Russia election meddling narrative has worked like a charm to delegitimize President Trump as well as to put lipstick on the pig of Hillary’s failure, leading Democrats are already conjuring up more foreign boogeymen to pre-blame for next year’s losses.
According to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, the list of countries that could “interfere” in elections now include the following:
Russia, China, Iran and North Korea – all of which Democrats will rush to claim are acting on behalf of Trump if Americans outside of far-left coastal enclaves continue to be sour on hateful obstruction Dems and their refusal to do their jobs.

Via Politico, “Schumer urges Senate to add election security measures to defense bill”:
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer called Tuesday for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to allow for votes on election security amendments to a must-pass defense bill.
Schumer’s requests for the Senate to consider the amendments come amid bipartisan acknowledgement of Russian interference in the 2016 election, described in former special counsel Robert Mueller’s report.
The National Defense Authorization Act, an annual Pentagon policy bill that the Senate is expected to begin considering this week, “has always been about protecting national security and if protecting our elections from foreign interference isn’t a national security issue, then what the heck is?” Schumer (D-N.Y.) said.
Schumer warned that if Congress does not act on election security, there could be future interference in the 2020 election not only from Russia, but also from China, Iran and North Korea. He further slammed Senate Republicans for not doing more.
“The Republican Senate, leader McConnell just stands there and twiddles their thumbs and says almost, ‘Come on Putin let it happen,’” he said.
Setting aside that calls for election “security” would provide for deep state elements would be inserting themselves into the voting booth – all of which loathe Trump – it is just more whiny nonsense from Schumer whose dismal tenure as the top Senate Dem has featured no real accomplishments other than resistance to the POTUS.
Were the Democrats to really care about protecting the integrity of elections they would be working with Trump to address the immigration crisis, strengthen voter id laws and prevent the domestic meddling from Silicon Valley tech giants that are furiously silencing pro-Trump voices, a pace that will intensify as 2020 approaches.
Pathetic but predictable.
