Group Plans Mask Burning Celebration To Mark End Of Texas COVID Restrictions

Take that Fauci!

Over the past year, there has been no political symbol as powerful as the face masks that have been forced on Americans after Democrats saw the humiliating face diapers as another way to stick it to Trump.

Mandatory mask orders and government-encouraged requests to tattle on violators have turned millions into rats and snitches with anyone who dares to be caught in public without the equivalent of an Islamist burka covering their face being subjected to hysterical smartphone waving “Karens” who then post video shaming them to social media.

There is a reason why Democrats and their media mouthpieces are determined to keep their forced masking decrees in place and it has nothing to do with public health.

Sane people understand this and the first cracks in the wall of submission hit social media over the weekend as the cloth surrender masks were burned at a protest in Idaho, triggering the Twitter Nazis.

The hate mob will continue to be triggered too and a conservative Jewish group in Texas is planning to hold a mask burning party on Wednesday, the day that Governor Greg Abbott’s lifting of COVID restrictions and statewide mask mandate officially goes into effect.

Via The Jewish Telegraph Agency, “Dallas Jewish Conservatives plan ‘mask-burning’ party to celebrate end of Texas mandate”:

The political advocacy group Dallas Jewish Conservatives is celebrating Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s lifting of his statewide mask mandate by holding a mask-burning party.

The outdoor event, advertised online as “The Official Texas is Now Open Party! #BurnThatMask,” is scheduled to be held March 10, the day that Abbott’s decision goes into effect. The event description promises that attendees will be able to burn their masks in a communal bonfire while enjoying entertainment, refreshments and conservative speakers at a private home in the northern Dallas suburb of Parker.

Dallas Jewish Conservatives is hosting the party alongside other local conservative groups in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Hispanics Against Socialism, DFW Deplorables and Ladies of Liberty.

“I pounced on the opportunity” to host the event, DJC founder and president Benji Gershon told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, adding that he threw it together only a day after Abbott’s announcement that he would be lifting the mandate. “We can all get together and celebrate the fact that businesses can now be 100% open… It’s a liberating experience.”

Even Fauci admitted the masks didn’t work, at least before he realized that he could become a media star by taking adversarial stances against Trump.

Fauci has since become the nation’s most highly visible champion of masking and was the first to suggest multiple masks – what’s next? That Americans should warp garbage bags around their heads?

So much for lunchbucket Joe’s 100-day mask challenge, at least in the red states.
