Ashton Kutcher Admits To Violating California Gun Laws While Promoting Gun Control

Actors for the most part are playing a role that in no way reflects who they are in real life. That’s why it’s called acting. Ashton Kutcher however isn’t much of an actor and is exactly the dumbass Michael Kelso he played on That 70’s Show. In a tweet that he will surely delete, Demi Moore’s former boytoy admitted to violating California gun law. That’s dumb but he takes it over the top because he admitting to breaking guns laws in an effort to support more gun control laws. It looks like now he’s just punking himself, which would be sad if he were at all sympathetic.

The mass shooting at The Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, CA was mostly ignored by the hysterical left because it didn’t fit their narrative that more gun control is needed. The shooting occurred in heavily gun-controlled California, there was no scary-looking “assault weapon” used, and the victims weren’t from any of the liberal-approved victim classes. There really wasn’t much for the left to flip out on, but Kutcher didn’t get the memo.

Here’s what he had to say on the subject:

Let’s get a screenshot just in case Kutcher wises up and realizes that this tweet is an admission of multiple crimes. Sure, he’s dumb, but he may have a friend that will clue him in. Maybe the one that illegally gave him a gun.

As you can see, Kutcher says his friend gave him a gun for his birthday, which sounds nice but California has some strict rules for transferring firearms. Any transfer of a gun most go through a federally licensed gun dealer (FFL). It’s highly illegal to gift someone a gun in California. I happen to know for a fact that the parking lot of the the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks is not a gun store capable of processing a legal firearms transfer, it’s a parking lot. This was an illegal transfer of a firearm.

Compounding Kutcher’s troubles, his admission includes the fact that he is now in illegal possession of a firearm, another big no-no in California. Oddly enough, this isn’t the first time he’s admitted to illegal possession of a gun. After the Las Vegas shooting last year, he sent this tweet out:

12-year-olds definitely can’t own guns in California. The legal age for rifles may have been 18 when Kutcher was younger, but it’s 21 now and it’s never been 12.

This 2017 tweet also shows that Kutcher’s 2018 tweet is a lie. Last year he was a hunter who shoots all the time and this year he’s never fired his gun and probably never will. Smart people are much better liars than this.

On top of that nonsense, Kutcher claims he was nearly killed in the Thousand Oaks shooting:

Kutcher’s birthday is on February 7 and the Borderline shooting happened November 7. Yeah, that was a close call. If his mom had been in labor for an additional 9 months Ashton Kutcher would be dead.

Kutcher says that “change is coming” meaning he wants more gun control laws. What’s the point? He can’t even follow the ones on the books now. Instead of coming up with more ineffective gun laws that further strip us of our rights, we should be enforcing the laws already in effect. The cops can start with Kutcher’s house because he has an illegally transferred and possessed firearm.
