The liberal media “fact-checking” day 1 of the Republican National Convention is the most shameful and pathetic thing ever. They were fine to let all the lies in last week’s DNC go, but since they are activist pseudo-journalists they decided to go after all of the truths at the RNC. One of the biggest revelations in this fact-checking frenzy is that Indian-American Nikki Haley is actually white. Who knew?
South Carolina Senator Tim Scott, who is black, gave a great speech at the RNC in which he pointed out that pre-COVID, President Trump built the “most inclusive economy ever.” Washington Post fact-checker James Hohmann dropped his version of the truth with this insane lie:
Fact: The United States officially entered a recession in February — before the coronavirus pandemic.
It’s false to claim the economy was firing on all cylinders until the contagion came to our shores.

Besides the fact that we all remember how well the economy was doing in February, here’s a fun fact to show how full of shit this guy is: a recession is defined by at least 2 quarters of economic downturn. Even if the last quarter of 2019 was slumping, and it wasn’t, a recession wouldn’t have been called until after the first quarter of 2020, not in February.
CNN fat-checker Daniel Dale needs to go to an ear-checker because this is what he claims he heard President Trump say:
“Trump: ‘We’re going to end up with 302 great Supreme Court justices,'” wrote Dale.
And here’s what President Trump actually said:
“300 new judges, by the end of the first term we will have appointed 300”
“We will have appointed 300.”
“We ended up with 142 judges, and then we’ve added many, many, and we’re going to end up with 300, and two great Supreme Court justices.”

For some reason the “fact-checking” brigade of the liberal media saved most of their garbage for former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley. First, the Washington Post totally busted her on this:

Did you get that? Nikki Haley said that Obama and Biden sent Iran a planeload of cash and the WaPo said she was spreading “falsehoods” because Obama and Biden actually sent Iran 2 planeloads of cash. That’s not the sick burn the WaPo thinks it is.
Also, if Obama and Biden sent Iran 2 planeloads of cash, which they did, and Haley says they sent a planeload of cash, that’s a true statement. If she had said Bill Clinton raped a woman, it doesn’t matter if Bill actually raped 5 women, he still raped at least one and that’s the truth.
And finally, CNN and CNBC contributor Leslie Marshall dropped the mother of all fake news fact-checks by accusing Nikki Haley of being white:
In reaction to Haley saying America is not a racist country, Marshall called her a white woman. Maybe Marshall squeaks by on this fact-check because she did prove her own racism. She however doesn’t represent all of America, just a sad little faction of TDS-afflicted lunatics who can’t get over the fact that Hillary lost in 2016.
Marshall deleted the tweet and claimed that one of her interns accidentally sent it because he or she didn’t know Nikki Haley isn’t white. That might be a good explanation if the tweet didn’t include a link to an article with a picture of Haley, who clearly is not a white woman. It’s not just the ears failing the liberal media fcat-chekers, their eyes are going too.
The first night of the RNC was truly great and this liberal media fact-check melt down made it even better. The fake news is doing whatever they can to show the people they can’t be trusted and prove that President Trump’s assessment of their lies is 100% accurate.
