Chuck Schumer Threatens Supreme Court Justices Gorsuch And Kavanaugh

This would be a Constitutional crisis if a Republican did it. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer stood outside of the Supreme Court today and threatened Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. Even worse, this threat was issued to force the Justices to rule a case the way Schumer wants it decided. Hell, if President Trump did this, the democrats would impeach him for violating the oath of his office and the separation of powers. Luckily Schumer is a democrat so the liberal media will applaud his “courage.”

The Supreme Court is hearing the case of June Medical Services LLC v. Russo, which will decide if a Louisiana law requiring abortion providers to have admitting privileges at a local hospital is Constitutional. Basically it means that people giving abortions have to be trained and licensed medical professionals and not some random hairy armpitted feminist killing babies to take down the patriarchy.

There was a pro-abortion rally in front of the Supreme Court as they decide this case and Chuck Schumer didn’t have anything better to do so he came by to threaten some of the Justices:

“I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price,” yelled Schumer. “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

Schumer definitely just threatened Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh and we’ll get to that in a second, but there’s an awful lot of stupid to cover first.

I don’t know if Schumer realizes this, but the Supreme Court hasn’t made a ruling on this case. Schumer indicates that that they have and blames Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. There are 9 justices on the Supreme Court and 2 of them alone cannot make a majority decision. Maybe Chuck doesn’t understand basic math, but it requires 5 Justices out of 9 to make a majority.

Also, and I can’t stress this enough, this case is still pending. Chuck says that Gorsuch and Kavanaugh have “unleashed the whirlwind” whatever the hell that means. Schumer also tells these 2 Justices that they must reverse their decision which they haven’t made or else.

Now let’s take a look at Schumer’s “or else.” What the f*ck does he think he can do if the Supreme Court rules a case in way he doesn’t like? The Senate has the power to approve SCOTUS nominees, but they can’t take ‘em back, especially since Schumer is in the minority. Justices don’t have to win elections as the appointment is for life.

What price could Schumer possibly make Gorsuch and Kavanaugh pay? What could he possibly hit them with? Did he and Nancy Pelosi make a porn and he’s going to text pics to the Justices? As horrifying as that sounds, it’s not going to make a Supreme Court Justice cave to a threat.

Sadly this isn’t the first time democrats have threatened the Supreme Court to rule they way they want. Last August Senators Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, Richard Durbin, D-Ill., and Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y. sent a letter to the SCOTUS telling them if they decide in favor of the 2nd Amendment the Senate would dismantle the court.

Democrats, who scream that President Trump is in constant violation of the Constitutional separation of powers, seem to be under the impression that Congress is also the Judicial branch of government. Is it weird that democrats are always wrong about everything?

Chief Justice Roberts has responded to Schumer’s threat:

“This morning, Senator Schumer spoke at a rally in front of the Supreme Court while a case was being argued inside. Senator Schumer referred to two Members of the Court by name and said he wanted to tell them that ‘You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You will not know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.’ Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous. All Members of the Court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter,” said Roberts in a statement.

Suck on that, Chuck.
